Last night’s episode of Watch What Happens Live was chock full of shade. Danielle Staub (shockingly) owned up to her bridezilla antics. Lindsay Lohan’s Beach Club namesake Lindsay Lohan talked Real Housewives and her rumored hook up with Jax Taylor. Host Andy Cohen was loving every second of it and so was I.
After a tumultuous career, and numerous interactions with the legal system, Lindsay Lohan has returned to the spotlight with the premiere of her new reality show Lindsay Lohan’s Beach Club. The series centers around a beach club
cleverly named “Lohan Beach House.” Lindsay opened the club with Panos Spentzos in Mykonos, Greece.
In this premiere, we were introduced to her new employees. We got a little insight into Lindsay herself and saw what her beach club has to offer.
So much reality TV, so little time. We are thankful for DVR since there are a lot of time conflicts with some reality TV great shows. Check out our reality TV listings of shows to watch this week!
Lindsay Lohan will back in front of the camera. The 32-year-old former actress has not been on the big screen in a while, but she hasn’t exactly kept a low profile. She has made plenty of headlines for everything from her party habits to her romantic relationships to her constantly changing accent. Now, she wants to rebrand herself as an entrepreneur and hotel owner. This means that she will return to reality TV.
TheLohan Beach Club, on the Greek party island of Mykonos, will be the setting for her new reality series. The MTV show, currently titled Lindsay Lohan’s Beachclub, will feature the antics of her resort staff and her role as the club owner.
It feels like a whole life time ago when Lindsay Lohan was one of the most talked about celebrities in the world. I’m going to spare you from rehashing her career and other troubling times and just fast forward to what she has in the pipeline.
Lindsay has (another) reality TV show in the works. Unfortunately, this one has nothing to do with Oprah Winfrey. I’ll never get over Oprah telling Lindsay “you need to cut the bullshit.” This time around Lindsay will be the boss- or the Lisa Vanderpump, if you will. She has her sights set on a “Vanderpump Rules style” reality TV show. I will watch anything remotely related to Vanderpump Rules, so I can’t help being interested in this one.
It is so tough to follow the changing dynamics on reality TV shows. Cast members go from best friends to enemies in the matter of an episode. Not only that, but these shows are usually filmed months before the episodes actually air. Thankfully we have social media to help keep us up to date on who is getting along these days.
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Brandi Glanville shared a photo of her son with Kim Richards. She even referred to Kim as “Auntie Kim,” so it’s clear that these two are still very close. If only they both would return to the show to save us from another boring season.
Is Jill Zarin actually making a comeback? I’ve read her name more in the past couple weeks than I have in the past few years.
From hanging out with Luann de Lesseps and Dorinda Medley during her Real Housewives of New York cameo appearance to her bevy of interviews, Jill Zarin seems to be everywhere these days. And now she is in London…with Lindsay Lohan. Jill’s daughter Ally Shapiro was actually her main companion for the London trip, but they did make time to hang with the former child star.
