Last night was the season premiere of Marriage Bootcamp: Hip Hop Edition. This is one of my favorite shows, especially the reality stars franchise. I can’t wait to see some of the most controversial reality stars in hip hop all in one house! This is going to be a recipe for disaster, but I am here for it!
First, Waka Flocka and his wife of four years, Tammy Rivera, arrive at the house. Shortly after, Lil Mo and her husband, Karl Dargan show up. Lil Mo has a lot of trust issues due to the infidelity and lies that have plagued their marriage. Next, Tiffany Campbell, Lil Fizz’s (AKA Drew) ex, arrives all alone. She claims they broke up two months ago and she feels he runs from their issues. After, Jessica Dime and Shawne Williams arrive at the house together next. Shawne feels like despite being engaged for two years, there are changes that need to be made before he is willing to walk down the aisle.
This season of Marriage Boot Camp: Hip Hop Edition is featuring some of the most controversial reality stars from the hip hop industry. If you have watched any of the seasons of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta and Hollywood franchises and R&B Divas you know that this has all of the components of reality television gold. There will definitely be drama, cheating accusations, and a ton of relationship issues.
Well, Farrah Abraham has forgiven Dr. Drew, and now they’re both counselors here to teach us how to have functional family relationships and deal with life. Um.
The Teen Mom OG star chatted with Dr. Drew and his co-host Bob Forrest (Celebrity Rehab alumni) on his podcast, where Farrah opened up about her complex family dynamics, what she learned from appearing on WeTV’s Family Boot Camp, and how everything is Debra Danielsen‘s fault. Dr. Drew was also available to diagnose Debra’s mental state and praise Farrah for being so smart.
Toya Wright is opening a new chapter. Literally. She’s finally sharing her life story through a new book In My Own Words. The memoir chronicles her life of equal parts fortune and misfortune while surviving fame, love, and tremendous loss.
In My Own Words is Toya’s third book, but her most personal. “I get very raw and you get to see TOYA, not Toya Wright. It’s the stripped down, naked truth of my life and my REAL reality – not what you see on television.”
Another seemingly happy couple thrown in to shock fans and add an ounce of normalcy to this ridiculous (yet oh, so addictive) reality series? Check. Bachelor Nation is aghast, I’m sure! One more fame hungry couple (or three!) that is trying to stay relevant by hitching its wagon to another show? Yes, please. Thanks for introducing us, Real Housewives of New Jersey (and Mob Wives)! A secret, and likely salacious duo (or trio…) tossed in for that added bonus of crazy? Why, of course!
You know at this point, I have to be referring to the upcoming season of Marriage Boot Camp, right? The Bachelor in Paradise newlyweds (and my all-time favorite reality couple), Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert are on-hand to represent Chris Harrison’s camp, and they are joined by some familiar names that could definitely use the help!
Marriage Boot Camp Reality Stars is back for a new season and it’s going to be as drama-filled as ever! The cast and other celebs from the upcoming show “Ex-Isled” turned out last night to celebrate the premiere of both shows at Le Jardin in Hollywood.
Congratulations are in order for Roger Mathews and Jenni Farley. After a 3 year engagement, the Jersey Shore couple tied the knot yesterday in front of family and friends. But that’s not all. Roger and JWoww, who welcomed their first child, Meilani, in July 2014, shared exciting news with their wedding guests – they’re expecting baby #2 in May 2016.
Following the wedding, Roger and JWoww shared with E! News, “By far one of the best days of our lives outside of Meilani being born. So blessed to have our daughter share this day with us!”
