Joe Giudice has been winning tiny victories here and there regarding his deportation appeal, but the battle is far from over. In 2014, Teresa Giudice’s husband was sentenced to 41 months in the pokey for federal fraud. Even people who do not watch reality television knew Tre was sentenced to 15 months in “camp” after pleading guilty to charges. Teresa served her time and went right back to filming. Now she is enjoying her new pool, an ALLEGED new man, and more screen time than ever on Real Housewives of New Jersey. Who says crime doesn’t pay?
The same cannot be said for Juicy Joe. In the past, Joe has said going to jail would be like a vacation. For all intents and purposes, if you find yourself married to Teresa – the pokey might actually be a respite. It could be safe to say Joe no longer feels that way. Since being released in March of this year, Joe was immediately detained in ICE custody. While Teresa travels and tries out new
boyfriends hairstyles, the four daughters she shares with Joe miss their dad terribly. The children have been very vocal about wanting their father to avoid deportation, both Miliania and Gia Giudice have made public pleas in an effort to keep Joe in the United States. Recently, another request from Joe’s attorneys has been granted. Once again, his desire to remain in the US hangs in the balance.
For a long time, Kim D’s fashion show was a Real Housewives of New Jersey staple. Who could forget Teresa Giudice chasing Danielle Staub around that country club? However, Kim D and Teresa are done and there’s a new fashion show to attend.
The entire Real Housewives of New Jersey cast showed up for the Envy by Melissa Gorga fashion show. Well, almost the entire cast. In not-so-shocking news, Danielle was not there. However, her status as a “cast member” is perpetually unclear.
Are the Giudices just fighting a losing battle? Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Joe Giudice should cross the White House off his list of supporters.
Even though Joe and his family have been VERY public in their plea to keep him here it isn’t enough for the President to intervene.
Who knew serving three years in federal prison for financial fraud would be the LEAST stressful thing to happen in your life? Now, I’m not saying serving the sentence wasn’t stressful. I am saying that Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Joe Giudice would most likely want to do anything else than fight for his ability to stay in the country with his family.
However, a recent court ruling offers a glimmer of hope for Joe, wife Teresa Giudice, and his family as a judge has ordered a temporary stay in Joe’s deportation process.
It is no secret that family is key to the stars of Real Housewives of New Jersey. No other franchise places such an emphasis on loyalty. Joe Giudice’s daughters are living up to that example. As for Joe’s wife, Teresa Giudice? Not so much. She made it official that she and Joe will divorce if he is deported. I am sure that her decision has nothing to do with the younger man that she has been spotted holding hands with. What happened to boasting about the joys of old-school marriage, Teresa?
Joe served 41 months in prison for bankruptcy and bank fraud. His wife, Teresa, also went away
to prison to camp for nearly one year. Joe was released and taken into custody by ICE after he completed his prison term in March. For some reason, Joe never became a United States citizen, even though the rest of his family did. His appeal to stop his deportation to Italy was denied by the Board of Immigration Appeals on April 6, 2019.
We all know that many Housewife storylines play out during a single season and are never addressed again as they are resolved, ignored or forgotten. That is not the case, however, for the Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Joe Giudice and his legal problems. Joe was released from prison in March after serving 41 months for bank and bankruptcy fraud. And immediately following his release, he was taken into custody by ICE on immigration issues, as he never became an American citizen, despite living in the country for over 40 years.
On April 6, 2019, Joe’s appeal with the Board of Immigration Appeals was denied. He is now facing deportation back to Italy if his recently filed stay with the Third Circuit Court of Appeals is also denied. All of this must be very sad and stressful for the Giudice family, no matter how you may feel about them. One member of the family, wild-child Milania Giudice, recently made a very public plea for support for her father so he can remain in the U.S. with his family-and she is even asking for help from none other than President Donald Trump.
Real Housewives of New Jersey fans finally saw Teresa Giudice spell out what the future holds if her husband, Joe Giudice, is deported to Italy. During the Season 9 reunion, Teresa revealed that she and Juicy Joe will part ways instead of Teresa moving their four daughters to Italy. Her fellow Jersey Housewives, especially Dolores Catania and Jennifer Aydin, were stunned. What happened to all those traditional, old-school values, Teresa?
In 2014, Teresa and Juicy plead guilty to federal fraud charges. Teresa served nearly a year
in prison at camp. Juicy is scheduled to be deported in March of 2019, after completing his 41-month long prison stint. He came to the United States when he was only one-year-old, but never became a citizen. Juicy filed an appeal in November of 2018, hoping to stay in the U.S. with his family. Teresa also revealed during the reunion that she is not willing to have a long-distance relationship. She also claimed that she has been faithful to Joe and uses a vibrator. There are some things that I wish I didn’t know, and that is one of them. I guess those sightings of Teresa with much younger man Blake Schreck were just some platonic hand-holding sessions. But one person who is firmly in Teresa’s corner is her brother, Joe Gorga.
I cannot believe we’re already to the Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion! Last night’s first installment of the ladies’ sit down with Andy Cohen was reality gold…and pewter and bronze and silver. Their gowns were like a medal ceremony in the Envy by Melissa Gorga Olympics. Also, whoever told Jackie Goldscheider that the attire was cleavage optional is clearly getting the last laugh. But at least Jackie’s least likely to have a wardrobe malfunction when being screamed at by the first eight seasons’ Teresa Giudice who throws
tables punches instead of rolling with them. Shockingly, Jennifer Aydin has her girls under wraps as well, although she does arrive in a Rocky-style blinged-out boxing robe. Of course, she does.
Andy welcomes the newbies before questioning Teresa about Joe Giudice’s impending deportation. Teresa is clearly upset, but they table the discussion for later in the reunion. He continues schmoozing the RHONJ cast before complimenting Margaret Josephs’ facelift. He even gets Dolores Catania to admit to butt implants with her own fat. Jackie shares she had a tummy tuck after giving birth to two sets of twins. Margaret also reveals that she and husband Joe Beningo shower together every morning.
