The Joshes? Obviously one is hilariously precious and the other just got hitched (I’m sure we’ll be privy to the planning of said nuptials). The Brits? They shouldn’t Brexit just yet. However, Joshes and Brits aside, Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles is welcoming back a familiar face, and I couldn’t be more excited.
Madison Hildebrand, the formerly surfer coiffed, snarkily hot, sometime whiny, dog revering real estate agent, is returning to the Bravo show that gifts us with Robin Leach style California real estate porn. He’s the Malibu Ken of beach front property, and I cannot wait for his homecoming and the new season in general. Let’s be honest, Madison is beyond fabulous, and Josh Flagg is adorably neurotic. Don’t forget Josh Altman‘s ego, which is endearing when he lets down his guard, and the baby faces and beautiful accents of James Harris and David Parnes. Add it all together… and you have got a recipe for reality success!

When you are real estate super stars – not to mention have a grueling filming schedule, you can’t just jet set off to France on whim. Or for your honeymoon, apparently. But, Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles stars Josh and Heather Altman finally did just that, four months after their Aspen wedding.
Josh shared the pic above on Instagram, captioning it, “Heather and I getting our chateau on somewhere in the South of France.”
Selling luxury real estate does a passport good, that is for sure. In the past few months, Kyle and Mauricio vacationed in Italy, Josh Flagg got engaged in the South of France, Fredrik Eklund enjoyed Italy and Sweden, and Ryan and Emilia got married in Greece. Thankfully, we can live vicariously through them via their Instagram accounts. Look below for more pics from Josh and Heather’s honeymoon to Saint-Tropez.

Good news – maybe?! – the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has already been renewed. Bad news – the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast won’t change much for season seven. Why can’t we have nice things?
Earlier today, Bravo announced the six new and fourteen returning shows that will fill its summer and fall schedules. Obviously, RHOBH is on the list for fall. It will be a while before the cast is set in stone and revealed; however, when a fan tweeted @ Andy Cohen that Lisa Rinna, Yolanda Foster, Erika Girardi, and Eileen Davidson must go, he replied, “No way!”
Are y’all still with me? If you haven’t taken a sledgehammer to your phone/tablet/computer because of Andy‘s
bad judgement Tweet, look below to find out what other questionable choices goodies Bravo has in store for viewers.

Bravo announced a long list of returning and new shows this afternoon!
The four returning shows are Ladies of London, Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, Don’t Be Tardy, and Manzo’d with Children. I, for one, am excited about the first three shows on that list. Not so much the last one… HAHA… and I know the majority of you just let out a huge groan over that one as well.
The new shows include a Kim Zolciak and NeNe Leakes road trip, a “mature” take on MTV’s My Super Sweet Sixteen, new franchises for both Below Deck and Married to Medicine, a cooking competition show, drama surrounding a ski resort, a parent teacher organization, a group of tour guides, and more.

Ortiz, and Ryan Serhant taking their professional and personal lives to the next level and the drama is at an all-time high,” promised Bravo. “Luis shifts his business into high gear as he takes on his first new development project. Ryan is charming his way through some of the biggest deals of his career, but his most important ‘deal’ yet involves his girlfriend, Emilia, and living happily ever after. Fredrik is officially New York City’s #1 broker, but he still faces a litany of challenging clients and colleagues, as he and Ryan attempt to work together for the first time.”

FAVORITE REALITY SHOW SIDEKICK – EDITH FLAGG
This award is bittersweet. Josh Flagg’s grandmother Edith was a one of a kind woman who stole our hearts and we were crushed when we learned of her passing in August of this year. She will be dearly missed by all.
Other notable write-ins for sidekick: Mama Elsa, Aviva’s leg, Vanderpump’s swans, Farrah’s delusions, Dr. Moon from RHOC.

He’s baaaack! On last night’s season finale of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, viewers were finally treated with the return of Malibu Madison Hildebrand. Bravo producers had teased this early on in the season but decided to hold out until the very end. And it’s a good thing. He was just the ray of sunshine needed to wrap things up after last week’s hankyfest. But if you blinked, you may have missed him fraternizing with the Brits!
Speaking of…James Harris and David Parnes, aspiring to expand their business along the California coastline, are enlisted by client, Christine, to sell her home in Laguna Beach. However, they are greeted with a chilly reception from the local agents at their open house. One broker in particular gets all up in their business and asks what they are doing there. Well, this is America and we have a right to free enterprise. Anywhere. Same as you do, lady. The Brits ‘shake it off, shake it off’ like Taylor Swift and joke that the shade they are getting is because of their accents and clothes. Not quite. But I get where the agents are coming from – they live and breathe Laguna Beach. This is their value add to potential buyers in the area. They are just being protective of their tightknit community. It would be no different if either of the Joshes encroached on their territory. But not as much for Madison who, looking quite refreshed, (don’t blink) stops by to take a look around. The Brits would be wise to connect with him, the self-anointed ‘Beach Guy’, as he has done business there before and this type of clientele is his bread and butter.
Since the season opener of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, we have anticipated the passing of Josh Flagg’s beloved grandmother, Edith. Pass the hanky…that episode has finally come. No more chats in her deluxe apartment in the sky. No more lunches at La Dolce Vita. No more pearls of wisdom to pass along. This woman who endeared herself to us and showed us the softer side of Josh, may be gone from this life, but she is certainly not forgotten. Edith is in our hearts forever.
But before we turn on the waterworks, we must first endure another installment of ‘Will the Brits pull off another impossible deal?’ and ‘The Days of Our Un-Engaged Lives’ with Josh Altman and Heather. James Harris and David Parnes have ramped up the yip yap factor this week to an eleven (Spinal Tap, anyone?) and Josh seems to be back to his old self swimming with fellow shark, Daymond John, founder and CEO of FUBU, and investor on the reality television series Shark Tank.
