Is Madison LeCroy set to be the next Naomie Olindo on Southern Charm i.e. will she earn a full-time spot on Southern Charm thanks to a dysfunctional romance with a cast member, Austen Kroll in this case? She just might. She really stirred things up during the last episode.
Madison claimed that Shep Rose gave Danni Baird chlamydia. She claimed that it was a fact… just because Austen relayed the information. How reliable! Now, Danni is speaking out about Madison’s claims.
It’s safe to say that the Charmers Colorado trip has been filled with highs
and highs and highs and lows, and last night’s episode of Southern Charm was just as hot and cold…and not just in the natural springs! After a night with the wicked weed, the group munches on a hearty breakfast before heading to the hot springs. Austen Kroll and Madison LeCroy conveniently found their way into the same bed, and Shep Rose can’t handle their early morning PDA. You know what I can’t handle, flashbacks of a grown man unable to function because he can’t handle his marijuana mashed potatoes!
Cameran Eubanks and an even more awkward than normal Whitney Sudler-Smith are taking the next plane back to Charleston. After her trip with the ganja gang, Cameran misses daughter Palmer more than ever, and Whitney…? Well, Whitney must feel embarrassed after what when down at dinner with Kathryn Dennis, right?
Ashley Jacobs might be nuttier than a squirrel’s nest, but we need her. Southern Charm was in danger of getting stale. There’s only so many times Shep Rose can be drunk. Who wants to watch Craig Conover not sew his pillows? Or listen to Austen Kroll pontificate about beer and his lack of
personality employment. While an ensemble cast is great, occasionally someone needs to come in and ruffle some feathers.
Heeere’s Ashley! She used to date Thomas Ravenel and she’s still stirring things up. While Thomas gaslit his new
victim love and manipulated encounters with Kathryn Dennis, Ashley eventually turned down a dark road. She hurled disparaging remarks at Kathryn in a liberal fashion. But should Kathryn thank Ashley? She managed to turn one of reality television’s most hated, into Mother of the Freaking Year. Ashley had a role and she committed to it full throttle. Now she’s dealing with the aftermath of her actions, and what it means to be a villain.
If last week’s episode Southern Charm was the introduction of Mary Jane into the cast (with cameras involved, obviously), last night’s show was a sky-high debacle. It’s the first day on the mountain for the Charmers, minus Shep Rose who is still nursing a drunken knee injury and Whitney Sudler-Smith who is still crying over a ski accident from childhood. Chelsea Meissner is channeling Putin’s mistress, Austen Kroll is pretending he’s not trying to hook up with ex Madison LeCroy, and the majority of the girls are headed to ski and snowboarding lessons.
Over a pre-slope breakfast, Austen denies any smooching with Madison, but he’s not going to lie and say he doesn’t want to rekindle that flame. Cameran Eubanks recognizes that this trip will not be rejuvenating her mojo as she FaceTimes with baby Palmer. The group is quick to motivate, waiting on Kathryn Dennis to don her Tellatubbie/Charlie’s Angels (original, not the reboot) ski look. It’s a lot, but it is magnificent.
It took a week for us to recover from Ashley Jacobs’ appearance on Southern Charm, and this week’s episode gave us more Craig Conover tantrums. He needs a new shtick. At least we were treated to a change of scenery as the group jetted off to Colorado.
The show begins with Cameran Eubanks joining Shep Rose at the site of his new lot on James Island. It’s 3.5 acres for a mere $900K, and Cameran is is convinced it’s a money pit. He doesn’t have any site plans, and he’s unsure about the flood zone designation which is a very key item in Charleston. The pair discusses their upcoming trip to Colorado, and Shep is peeved to hear that Cam has included Austen Kroll’s ex Madison LeCroy in the group.
Southern Charm star Craig Conover has often been considered to be the ne’er-do-well of the show. His co-stars have frequently admonished him for his inability to finish what he starts. Co-stars Shep Rose and Whitney Sudler-Smith criticized him for not taking the bar exam in a timely manner. And matriarch Patricia Altschul told Craig they would have to put their pillow collaboration on hold when he failed to deliver designs to her in a timely manner.
Lately, however, it seems Craig has finally gained focus. This season, we have watched Craig take his pillow business more seriously. He even hired an assistant to help with his business venture. Craig also announced earlier this year that he was starting to sell merchandise online. And now, Craig is selling his pillows in an actual store.
Shep Rose had some choice words for Ashley Jacobs following her return to Southern Charm.
The Charmer let fans know exactly what he thought of Thomas Ravenel‘s on-again-off-again girlfriend popping back up in Charleston to cause drama with his friends.
After last week’s
snoozefest episode, it was about time Southern Charm offered up some serious drama that didn’t involve Craig Conover getting his feelings hurt. Last night was the highly anticipated return of Ashley Jacobs, who proved, yet again, that she can’t take responsibility for any of her actions. It is exhausting to watch her battle over semantics, but it’s torturously entertaining. Let’s dig right in to last night’s show, shall we?
While the OG Charmers are bonding with their pooches, Recent College Grad is complaining about how hard it is to be overshadowed by the Limehouse name. With three hotels and a $50 million inheritance in her future, Eliza works hard to learn the family business booking reservations and covering shifts at hotels. She is not just a spoiled polo brat like most people assume. Eliza discusses the skeet shoot brunch she and her boyfriend Don will be hosting at her family’s plantation. Her mother nags her about emo manicure and sleep habits…and the fact that Eliza is dating someone fourteen years her senior. She wonders if her daughter is seeking a father-figure in her older beaus. Her mother would rather Eliza marry into another well-bred Southern family instead of traipsing around with some thirty-something from (gasp!) New Jersey.
