Bethenny Frankel is one of Bravo’s brightest stars and most successful stories. If a viewer were to model themselves by one Bravolebrity, Bethenny is a good one to emulate. She has the money, the name, and has developed her philanthropic efforts to prestigious levels. Beth might have always had that “star power” but attempts to launch her brand remained unsuccessful prior to joining Real Housewives of New York.
After 8 seasons of playing the reality television game, between taking time off to investigate other ventures, Bethenny departed the franchise for bigger and better pursuits. She currently has a gig with HBO and recently revealed her newest wine collection. Beth has proclaimed being on Housewives ruined her credibility in the business world but admits she misses aspects of the show. In a recent interview, she implies RHONY is no longer on her radar, so I suppose it was by sheer coincidence Bethenny revealed her engagement the day the newest season trailer came out.
There are a lot of changes coming up for Season 13 of Real Housewives of New York. Tinsley Mortimer left the show during last season to move to Chicago to be with her boyfriend, Scott Kluth. Scott announced in March of 2021 that he ended his engagement to Tinsley. Tinsley won’t be back this season, but Eboni K. Williams is joining as the franchise’s first Black Housewife. I am excited!
RHONY also bid farewell to Dorinda Medley, who announced that she was leaving in August of 2020. Dorinda and Ramona Singer argued a lot during Season 12, but that is nothing new. There were rumors that Dorinda was actually fired because of her angry outbursts. I must admit that I am going to miss Dorinda “making it nice” at her home in the Bezerkshires.
Bethenny Frankel is no longer appearing on Real Housewives of New York but she’s doing everything else. Want some clothes? Beth has you covered. Want to be insulted? Beth is there for you. Want to drop some exciting news on the same day your former show is releasing a new-season trailer? Don’t worry, Bethenny won’t leave you out in the cold.
Now we move on to Bethenny’s next
stunt chapter, or maybe it’s just a blurb. Hey, remember the “Tipsy Girl incident”? Sonja Morgan was considering offering her own line of spirits and attempted to consult with Superbusinesswoman Bethenny about her direction. Despite the Jaws music playing in the background, none of us knew Sonja was about to be Bethenny’s lunchtime snack. As Beth berated Sonja for stealing her brand, she offered some wise words, “pick one thing and stick with it”. Clearly Bethenny doesn’t follow her own advice.
The friendship between Real Housewives of New York stars Carole Radziwill and Bethenny Frankel was unexpected, and quite interesting. It was a lovefest back in 2016, with Bethenny declaring that she would exit RHONY before she would break-up with Carole. Bethenny missed the mark with that prediction.
During Season 10, their friendship imploded, leaving both women bitter. The RHONY reunion was a nail-biter, with both Carole and Bethenny fighting over who slammed who on the show. In one memorable moment, Carole screamed at host Andy Cohen, “Shut up, Andy. You’re so full of sh*t!” Later, Carole claimed that Andy was Team Bethenny during the ladies’ disputes.
The news of Bethenny Frankel and Paul Bernon’s engagement broke almost simultaneously with the first Season 13 trailer of the Real Housewives of New York. It didn’t exactly seem like a coincidence, with the cast thinking that B was being petty with the timing. However, she hasn’t acknowledged the big news, until now.
Her engagement news came simultaneously with reports that her 8-year divorce from hell with Jason Hoppy is finally over. And finally, the SkinnyGirl mogul is free to move on and didn’t waste any time.
If you are a die-hard fan of the Real Housewives of New York, you got whiplash from all of the news surrounding the cast this week. Tinsley Mortimer and Scott Kluth called off their engagement, and she might be eyeing a RHONY return. The Season 13 trailer dropped. And after 8 years, Bethenny Frankel finalized her divorce from Jason Hoppy and is engaged to Paul Bernon.
While it could be a coincidence, it was fishy that B’s engagement news broke almost simultaneously with the trailer dropping. Bethenny’s divorce has been so public, why wouldn’t she want the official end to be the same way? Plus, if she is engaged to Paul, she knows that’s the kind of happily ever after news that breaks headlines. So it seems like she was riding the RHONY news wave, and some of her former castmates think so too.
Tinsley Mortimer departed from the Real Housewives of New York to chase her fairytale
delusions fantasies with Scott Kluth in Chicago. And it was going well — they were engaged and had puppies that they treated more like children. And then, the fantasy fell apart when the two called off their engagement earlier this month.
The RHONY It-Girl left EVERYTHING to be with the Coupon King — her home, her friends and her job. And now it seems like it was all for nothing and she was apparently “blindsided” by the split. Meanwhile, Scott claims they’ve been over for months and Tins wasn’t getting the memo. Honestly, I could see both sides, but Tinsley did pull out some receipts from Valentine’s Day that signal they were an item quite recently.
Despite not being on the air, the Real Housewives of New York is dominating headlines this week. The Season 13 trailer just dropped, featuring the show’s newest (and first Black) housewife Eboni K. Williams. Bethenny Frankel is finally divorced from her ex-
demon husband Jason Hoppy and engaged to her boo Paul Bernon. And Scott Kluth and Tinsley Mortimer broke up, and won’t stop telling their different versions of the story to the press.
And apparently, Tins and her friends aren’t going to back down with the Scott bashing. They’re sticking to the story that he “blindsided” her with the breakup and ran to the tabloids immediately after, while he claims they’ve been off for months. But now, Team Tinsley has more proof.
