When it comes to real estate, the Real Housewives have given fans a vast array of both gorgeous McMansions.
Recently, Andy Cohen threw some subtle shade about Housewives who rent their real estate. He also opened up about which ‘Wives’ homes are his personal favorites.
Is it a secret requirement that you need to have financial or legal issues to be on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills? Just wondering. Dorit Kemsley and PK Kemsley are dealing with a mountain of debt. And they are not alone.
Queen of RHOBH Kyle Richards’ husband, Mauricio Umansky, has been hit with a $30 million-dollar lawsuit, and some of the Beverly Hills Housewives have been swept into this legal mess. Maybe Mauricio and Kyle shouldn’t have filmed a RHOBH party at the house that is at the center of this lawsuit.
Now is not the time to be a housewife
husband and a litigant because odds are not in your favor.
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Dorit Kemlsey is learning the hard way that once you’re married the whole saying ‘what’s mine is yours, and what’s yours is mine” also includes your spouses debt.
What can you say about Encino’s hottest new couple? Well, quite a lot actually. Dorit Kemsley’s legal battles haven’t been heavily featured on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but I’m not sure they can avoid it much longer. We are all very aware of the financial crisis Dorit and husband PK Kemsley are currently facing. Even though the only cast member with balls enough to mention it is no longer on the show. Speaking of balls, PK is
choking juggling several as he navigates a legal war involving $1.2 million.
Do you believe in Karma? Or maybe PK just bit off more than he can
run from chew. I think the dog formerly known as Lucy Lucy Apple Vodka with a Splash of Soda is probably luxuriating in a velvet bed, happily reading the latest reports. PK was loaned some money in 2011 by a man named Nicos Kirzis. After stumbling on gambling debts hard times, PK filed for bankruptcy in the United Kingdom. According to PK, the $1.2 million debt was exonerated in the transaction. According to Nicos, that’s a bunch of crap. Now the saga of Nicos’ journey to get his damn money back continues. In a fun twist, Nicos is setting his sights on the UK.
Before 2019, Felicity Huffman was best known as one of America’s most celebrated actresses. The Emmy Award winner and Academy Award nominee was renowned for her iconic role as Lynette Scavo on the campy television show Desperate Housewives. And for her touching turn as a transgender woman in the film Transamerica.
In March of this year, Felicity took on a role she probably never imagined she would be playing. She became the face of the notorious college admissions scandal, along with actress Lori Loughlin. Felicity pled guilty to fraud for paying $15,000 to boost her daughter’s SAT scores. She was just sentenced to 14 days in jail, one year of probation, 250 hours of community service and fined $30,000. Obviously, casting Felicity at this point might be a bit tricky, at least until she completes her sentence.
Looks like things are getting interesting for Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Kyle Richards. Not only is Kyle wallowing in the success of her
highly anticipated clothing line, her husband Mauricio Umansky has some new developments to share as well. As you know, Mauricio created the incredibly fruitful real estate firm, The Agency. Mo’s company has been double-dipping in the exposure department, gaining recognition from both RHOBH and Million Dollar Listing LA.
Being well known can turn around and bite you in the backside because Mauricio has some explaining to do. Back in March of this year, Kyle’s husband had a bit of a situation. Mauricio and The Agency were sued for fraud when dealing with a massive Malibu estate. Then everything became rather muddy in the transaction. Obviously, Mo is denying any misrepresentation (don’t they all…) but the details speak for themselves. Mauricio requested to have the case dismissed but the judge was all, not so fast buddy boy. The courts ruled there was enough evidence of fraud to proceed with the case. Now Kyle is not wearing her caftans, she is hiding under them because Mauricio just got another lawsuit to add to his collection.
Does anybody have some extra sage? If so, it might need to be sent to Dorit and PK Kemsley. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has received yet another blow to her wallet. This woman needs to get rid of
her husband negative energy! We are all aware of Dorit and PK’s financial issues. Not that anyone tried to sweep it under the rug. To sum it up, people have been trying to collect money from the Kemsleys since PK ran away from England a 2011 bankruptcy filed in the United Kingdom.
The Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas was after PK for a while. He owed them about $3 million in unpaid markers from 2013. Thankfully, the suit was settled this year. That freed up time for PK to move onto the next person looking for their money back. This is when the saga of Nicos Kirzis began, and Nico is a man who wants his $1.2 million in loaned funds returned. After a judge just ruled in his favor, Nicos is one step closer to repayment.
Denise Richards made it through her first season of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills relatively unscathed. Sure, she talked up her sexual exploits, including the creepy happy-endings massage with an older woman she arranged for hubby Aaron Phypers. Denise also dished on her ex Charlie Sheen bringing a hooker to Thanksgiving dinner. And on occasion, she liked to have a few cocktails and let loose. Really loose. Marital secrets loose.
Despite being a long-time celebrity, Denise did not outwardly appear to have a lot in common with her RHOBH co-stars. She was not prone to stir up drama, for the most part. Except with Camille Grammer. Denise didn’t really want to compete in the fashion game with the other ladies. So what does she have to chat about with her co-stars? After a recent legal settlement, Denise can at least use lawsuits as a conversation starter.
