Tom Girardi

Kyle Richards Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

Season 11 of  the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is the Erika Jayne show. During the most recent episode of RHOBH, Erika notified Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, and Lisa Rinna that she had suddenly filed for divorce.

Erika decided to divorce her husband of 21 years, Tom Girardi, in November of 2020. She accused him of infidelity. Later it was alleged that the divorce filing was a scam to hide the couple’s assets.

Erika Jayne - Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills

Welp, she tried. Another swing and a miss in the game of life that is Erika Jayne. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is probably regretting any and all references to being XXPEN$IVE, and it might be time to pay the piper. Erika and Tom Girardi are in a heap of trouble. Tom managed to screw over some former clients in sensitive positions while he and Erika peed in gold toilets and propped Chagalls against the dining room wall.

Erika has been running into a lot of obstacles since she and Tom were both implicated in an embezzlement scheme involving the nonpayment of Tom’s clients. They are also being accused of using their divorce as a cover to hide assets to prevent them from being seized in the name of debt collection. Erika is doing everything she can to prevent her “household items” from being nabbed so widows and orphans can eat. Despite EJ’s efforts to block further investigation, the judge said, “How many fucks do I give? NONE, NOT ONE ZERO ZERO DONE!”

Erika Girardi Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills

Erika Jayne is getting an interesting edit thus far on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. If I were the type of person who analyzes such things, and to be clear, I am the type of person who analyzes such things, I would almost say production is teasing the viewing audience. Right now we’re getting into the nitty-gritty of Season 11 and about to witness the Haus of Girardi, where they “communicate through costume” for the reasonable price of 40 grand a month, collapse.

Poor EJ thought it was depressing to eat dinner with Tom Girardi every night… Karma Life has a way of throwing curveballs into plans and watching Tom eat steak was about to start sounding pretty good. Legal battles fans have been discussing for months are about to get an honorary diamond, and the media is all over Tom and Erika’s downfall. Now we learn Erika is concerned about “sensitive information” being leaked amid the trials. So the person who has previously faulted others for not being open, is requesting a gag order.

Kathy Hilton Kim Richards

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is back, and with a bang! So far so good on season 11 being the comeback we not only needed, but deserved. Fans eagerly awaited the season 11 drop for not one, but TWO promising shake ups. The first is of course Erika Jayne’s downfall legal drama. Despite singing her husbandTom Girardi’s, praises in a recent episode,  fans now know Erika was already very aware of the litigation about to take place. Meanwhile, the other women seem to have zero idea what Erika goes through at night. I’m absolutely giddy to see how her otherwise loyal friends, Lisa Rinna and Kyle Richards take the news.

Speaking of Kyle, that brings us to our second shake up of the newest seasonKathy Hilton has entered the chat. Despite being on the periphery, Kathy has added more to RHOBH in days than her sister Kyle has in years. Don’t at me.

Real Housewives Of Miami Alum Lea Black Urges Viewers To “Be Nice” To Erika Jayne

Real Housewives of Miami was a great show and according to the folks at the Peacock network, it’s about to come back. We haven’t had a solid confirmation on the current cast, but it seems sealed in stone that original RHOM star Lea Black will not be on board. But if you miss the lilting sound of her laughter, Lea does appear quite often on Sirius radio with former Flipping Out star, Jeff Lewis.

Lea is married to a very high-powered attorney and actually met her husband when she was a juror on a trial. Naturally she may take more than your average level of interest in Housewives who are involved in legal disputes. After months of watching people take down Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne, Lea is viewing the entire ordeal with a sympathetic eye. Recently, Lea attempted to use her powers of influence in an effort to build support for Erika’s current plight. To be fair, Lea is used to rooting for the defendant underdog.

Erika Jayne Tom Girardi RHOBH Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills-4

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans are in luck this season because most people are watching and waiting for Erika Jayne’s potential downfall. While many, make that most, of our Housewives are no stranger to the legal system, Erika and Tom Girardi’s fall from grace has been by far the most unsettling. They didn’t just forget to pay taxes or forge signatures on mortgage loans, Tom allegedly did some very nasty things to some very needy clients.

As a result, Tom lost his job and his reputation. Erika lost her main check, and her nonchalant attitude in the wake of people’s suffering has not won her any fans. Now we’re watching the beginning of the end play out on RHOBH and we have some pretty specific timelines to go by. Erika filed for divorce in November 2020 and implied it was due to Big Tommy’s wandering eye – but technology and the fact that she’s on a tv show is putting holes in that theory.

Erika Jayne Tom Girardi RHOBH Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills-4

Everyone watching this season of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is holding their breath to find out more tea about Erika Jayne’s legal situation. Her divorce from Tom Girardi came at a questionable time, as it coincided with the longtime lawyer facing fraud and embezzlement charges. Mrs. Girardi claimed her 81-year-old husband was cheating on her, but everyone’s wondering whether or not it’s all a sham attempt at protecting their assets.

Tom is being accused of embezzling more than $26 million dollars to victims of horrific accidents and their families, including orphaned children. He can’t practice law anymore, his health is failing and he’s losing his home. Meanwhile, as of episode two, Erika is still prancing around her closets filled with designer clothes (probably deciding what to sell) and hanging with her $40k a month glam squad. It’s left a gross taste in everyone’s mouth to watch.

The big question is whether or not Erika was aware of Tom misappropriating legal funds to afford their lavish lifestyle and her wannabe pop music career. Miss XXPen$ive is doubling down that she didn’t know anything, but I’m with Sutton Stracke on whether or not I believe that. Evidence against Erika, including her signatures on a few questionable documents, point otherwise. But she’s saying she’s nothing but a scapegoat.

Kelly Dodd Real Housewives of Orange County

Kelly Dodd is not known for mincing words, and that’s basically what makes her popular with certain people. She has been on Real Housewives of Orange County since Season 11, and the lack of filter on her mouth combined with her lack of patience for Vicki Gunvalson endeared to her a large audience. Kelly has weathered several storms on camera, including quite possibly the most erratic weather system that appears at least once a year, Shannon Storms Beador.

Kelly makes a point of letting people know exactly what’s on her mind and it often works against her. She goes for shock value and doesn’t care if the results place her in an unflattering light. Either way, it keeps her name in people’s mouths, which makes Andy Cohen happy. That said, her problematic personality does lend itself to humor… sometimes. She might not be drowning in pesky things like facts, but she can be funny. Recently Kelly and her husband have been traveling on the East Coast and chilling with friends. But don’t worry, she packed her mask the sarcasm in a carry-on bag.
