You mad yet? This week we are waiting for the premiere of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Season 11 is dropping on Wednesday, but the drama started before filming began. In November 2020, Erika Jayne filed for divorce from former attorney-husband Tom Girardi after a 20-year relationship. This might have worked out well for Erika, had it not been for Tom’s major mismanagement of finances over the years.
Their divorce papers opened the flood gates into accusations of hiding assets and embezzlement. Tom’s previous scrapes with fraud turned into a mountain of alleged lies and theft. As Tom accidentally misplaced $80 million, Erika basked in $40k monthly donations to her beauty regime and wallowed in Xxpen$ive gifts from her spouse. Meanwhile, people who lost family in an airplane crash didn’t receive settlement money. A burn victim was duped out of funds. And now – take a deep breath – we have the mother of an autistic son speaking out about the money she never received.
Erika Jayne is having one hell of a year. And it’s not getting any better. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is embroiled in scandals thanks to husband, Tom Girardi. The legal repercussions are huge on this one, thanks to the allegations that Tom was swindling money from settlements that belonged to car crash and burn victims he represented. We all know he had some past trouble for some unpaid security bills but those pale in comparison. In addition, they didn’t implicate Erika in any of the fraud.
But not this time. Erika has been accused of knowing full well what was going on with Tom’s financial troubles. Of course this is all speculation and maybe she didn’t know exactly what he was up to. And she was quick to file for divorce, leading some to speculate it was pure calculation as opposed to disdain for his alleged crimes. Either way, while Tom claims he’s suffering from Alzheimers, The Pretty Mess has been posting racy photos of herself on her Instagram. So much for self awareness.
Whether you love her or you hate her, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills really hasn’t been the same since Lisa Vanderpump quit the show. Puppygate was the downfall of LVP’s career as a housewife, but she seems to be doing just fine. Vanderpump Rules is finally filming its ninth season, minus a few OGs that up and “left” the show. She’s got a new show on E! that seems to be keeping her busy. And she’s still throwing shade at her old castmates, whether it’s regarding Erika Jayne’s disastrous legal problems or Dorit Kemsley doing literally anything. Like I said, regardless of your opinion on her, LVP just brought the shade to RHOBH that it’s been missing in recent seasons.
But there’s hope for Season 11, mainly for the aforementioned saga that is Erika and Tom Girardi’s fraud and embezzlement allegations. Sutton Stracke, with her new diamond in hand, is stepping up (or maybe sacrificing herself) to get to the bottom of all the tea.
Major bore Teddi Mellencamp is out, and really will not be missed. As is Denise Richards, but I, for one, will miss seeing the Raggamuffin sipping Casamigos on my screen. At least we have Kathy Hilton as a friend-of, which is likely to cause some friction for her sister Kyle Richards. We all know how RHOBH went last time Kyle had a sister on the show.
Do I seriously miss the panty-gate days of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills? I mean, no. That’s not possible. But what else have the women brought us since? I’ll wait. And please, for the love of everything, do not mention puppy-gate. That one left us Vanderpump-less and with Teddi Mellencamp to spare. I don’t even particularly stan LVP, but at least she brought something to the table!
Will the upcoming season 11 of RHOBH finally bring some interest? Honestly, it’s looking pretty good. From the sounds of it, Sutton Stracke is doing some heavy lifting to get us all the Erika Jayne divorce dirt we deserve. The trailer for the season also shows Dorit Kemsely calling out Tom Girardi’s alleged embezzlement from “widows and orphans.” Let’s keep fingers crossed for some real intrigue!
Put on your diamonds and pour the rosé — the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are headed back to our TV screens very soon. Season 11 will be without Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave and Denise Richards. Sutton Stracke finally got a diamond, and is the one who we will see go all-in on Erika Jayne about her shady divorce and husband’s legal problems. Kyle Richards will be joined by her sister. No, unfortunately not Kim Richards — Kathy Hilton will be the newest friend-of. And the newest housewife, Crystal Kung Minkoff, will be thrown into the mix. It’s gearing up to be a big season after last year’s flop. Or as I like to call it, Brandi Glanville’s final nail in the Bravo coffin.
Season 11 is set to premiere May 19, and the first trailer is amping up the drama. To no surprise, it centers around Erika and Tom Girardi’s legal issues, where they’re being accused of embezzling settlements from victims of plane crashes, car accidents and more. Thanks to Garcelle Beauvais, we know Sutton is the only one who doesn’t “support” Erika throughout their divorce. But loyalty is a whole other thing in Beverly Hills so that probably mean’s she is just questioning Erika’s involvement like the rest of the world. Outside of the EJ saga, we’ll see Lisa Rinna grapple with the possibility of becoming a Kardashian in-law. Dorit Kemsley and the always entertaining PK Kemsley will be making a return as well.
We’re nearing the premiere of Season 11 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and it looks like it’ll center around Erika Jayne’s mounting legal issues. Her soon-to-be ex-husband Tom Girardi is facing federal fraud and embezzlement accusations that led to him losing his legal license. And EJ is claiming to have no involvement, even though the timing of her divorce makes it seem like she was trying to protect her assets rather than expose Big Tommy for a cheating scandal. While it sounds like most of the RHOBH ladies will sweep the situation under the rug, the newest diamond holder Sutton Stracke will apparently be doing God’s work and questioning Erika about her involvement.
Tom’s been accused of embezzling unpaid settlement funds to hundreds of victims of plane crashes, car accidents, explosions and more, totaling more than $26 million. But how else was he going to pay for Mrs. Girardi’s wannabe pop star career for $40k a month on glam? Erika is not sticking by her man, even though evidence points that she might have been more involved than she leads on. The whole thing leaves a bad taste in my mouth, and Lisa Vanderpump’s too.
Season 11 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is gearing up to be explosive as ever. And this time around, it’s without Brandi Glanville and Camille Grammer stirring the pot. Erika Jayne will finally have an interesting storyline on the show, but unfortunately, it’s due to her soon-to-be ex-husband Tom Girardi’s shady business. Tom is facing fraud and embezzlement charges and is accused of misappropriating millions in client funds to support he and EJ’s XXPen$ive lifestyle.
Miss Erika Girardi is proclaiming that she’s open and honest about the situation on RHOBH, but who even knows what the truth is. We saw Erika in the first trailer for Season 11 proclaiming that she had no knowledge of Tom’s shady legal matters. But some people, especially the newest diamond holder Sutton Stracke, aren’t buying it.
Many Housewives face legal issues, but none have had levels of disgust quite like Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi. In the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 11 trailer, Erika repeatedly denied knowledge of Tom’s alleged tricky bookkeeping that may or may not have funded her “music career”. Erika also filed for divorce from Big Tommy right before the shit hit the fan, which raised some eyebrows. Fun fact: Erika has been on the Board of Directors at GIRARDI FINANCIAL since 1999, which doesn’t help her cries of “Only HE knows…” Perhaps Sutton Stracke could bring this up next time Erika bares her teeth.
Victims of Tom’s supposed swindling don’t have the luxury of posting lingerie shots on Insta and moving into $1.5 million homes. Tom has been forced into bankruptcy in an effort to discharge his debts, but one former client isn’t backing down. A victim of the PG&E gas explosion who was burned over 90% of his body now adds his name to the long list of people wanting Tom to pay the piper.
