Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright got married in June 2019, but thanks to Vanderpump Rules, the wedding is still dragging out. Not only, did we have to watch multiple episodes of pre-wedding events, but the cast is still dishing on all of the drama.
Mainly, Jax has been at war with best man Tom Sandoval, who he kicked out of the wedding before he changed his mind and let him back in. Tom seemed to really come through that weekend. He had alcohol, toiletries, umbrellas, and even some tampons on hand just in case anyone had an emergency. Truthfully, he came across like the ideal best man, despite Jax giving him a low grade for his role. And Lala Kent agrees, which is not surprising since she’s been on the warpath against Tom and Ariana Madix recently.
We are officially halfway through this season of Vanderpump Rules, and so far it has been feuds galore. We’ve had Dayna Kathan feuding with Scheana Marie over Max Boyens. Then Scheana tried to feud with Charli Burnett over Brett Caprioni. Which lead to a feud between Brett and Scheana because he didn’t want to come over for her famous enchiladas. Don’t you ever change, girl.
Stassi Schroeder and Katie Maloney have banished Kristen Doute from their coven because of her on again off again relationship with Brian Carter. Lala Kent and James Kennedy made up, but James’ relationship with Raquel Leviss is hanging by a thread. Tom Sandoval almost got “Jaxed” from Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright’s wedding for saying their heads were in the sand about their pastor. So, is the rest of the season this tumultuous, or does Lance Bass step in and save the day for everyone?
We will finally be put out of our misery tonight! We finally get to see Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright get married on Vanderpump Rules tonight! This whole season has been leading up to this wedding and it’s finally here. Praise Mamaw.
Of course, their wedding will have some drama. Kristen Doute and her non-boyfriend [Brian] Carter get into a heated exchange at the reception and most likely end up hooking up after anyway. Stassi Schroeder starts to wonder if she and Beau Clark will ever get engaged. Spoiler alert: they will.
Currently, Vanderpump Rules have been suffering because this entire season has revolved around Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright’s wedding festivities. We get it: a wedding is a special life milestone. However, pretty much every episode this season has been about the wedding and we still haven’t seen any footage of the actual wedding. Hopefully, we will all be put out of our misery this week. But, something tells me, it will somehow continue into next week’s new episode. Ugh.
Lala Kent’s wedding is coming up in April. Well, hopefully, it is. With the Coronavirus outbreak, many big events have been postponed or canceled. For instance, the Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion has been postponed due to Coronavirus. However, Lala thinks she would never get the virus unless God wants to give her “a little publicity for the wedding.” Yes, she actually said that. And, she’s not the only one with Corona-related wedding worries on Vanderpump Rules. Recently, Tom Schwartz expressed concerns about the impact of Coronavirus on Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark’s upcoming wedding in Rome, Italy. It should be noted that their wedding isn’t scheduled until Fall 2020.
Hopefully, all of this Coronavirus madness is resolved way before that. (But, again, we want to emphasize that we understand there are more important things to worry about than weddings and reality TV during this tough time. We are just reporting the news and trying to satiate the craving for reality TV content that our readers may have).
Apparently, Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright aren’t the first couple to get married on Vanderpump Rules, even though we still haven’t seen their wedding yet. It has been dragggggging out all season long and we are all ready for it to finally be over.
During last night’s episode, Tom Schwartz claimed that he lost the marriage license when he
“married” married Katie Maloney back in 2016. So, if that’s the case the marriage wasn’t actually legal. After last night’s episode aired, Katie went on Twitter to clarify the situation.
I don’t know why they added a million people to the Vanderpump Rules cast when the original cast members have enough drama on their own. The Witches of WeHo are falling apart and then there’s Jax Taylor, who has been trash talking Tom Sandoval (and Tom’s girlfriend Ariana Madix).
If you think there’s drama between Jax an Sandoval on the show, it’s really nothing in comparison to the antics on Twitter.
Let’s travel back in time to when Lala Kent first joined Vanderpump Rules. Aside from lying about a “modeling” job on a yacht out of the country and her weird flirtation with James Kennedy, those early seasons were marked by Lala being a total outcast. No one wanted her in the group or made an effort to be kind to her- except for Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval.
Lala paralleled Lindsay Lohan’s character in Mean Girls, when she was finally accepted by the “cool” clique
thanks to her private jet access, she joined in when they bashed Ariana for being a “wet blanket” when she was actually suffering from severe depression. Ariana even admitted that she wanted to “leave her life.” Additionally, Lala sat there silently when Jax Taylor bashed Ariana for being bisexual even though Lala says she is bisexual as well. And she “ate Ariana’s cookie,” which are her words, not mine. Lala really is a member of the the real life plastics, isn’t she? Now, Sandoval is speaking out.
The Kristen Doute vs. Stassi Schroeder and Katie Maloney feud is just so vague. Stasssi and Katie were annoyed with Kristen for her toxic relationship with [Brian] Carter. Kristen felt abandned by Stassi and Katie. It’s just wild that something so tame in comparison to the horrible things these people have done to each other.
Stassi slapped Kristen in the face after Kristen admitted to sleeping with Jax Taylor while Kristen’s then-boyfriend Tom Sandoval was asleep in the next room. Meanwhile, Kristen was actually the person who introduced Stassi to her soon-to-be husband Beau Clark and Kristen isn’t even invited to their wedding, as of now anyway. She also introduced Katie to her husband Tom Schwartz, by the way. Does more happen this season on Vanderpump Rules? Or is it still just simply old friends who have grown apart in a
