Whitney Rose Real Housewives Of Salt Lake City

Real Housewives of Salt Lake City made its debut, and I am here for it! I love the new faces, diversity, and fresh location.

A couple of the RHOSLC ladies already stand out, and Whitney Rose is one of them. During the premiere, Whitney renewed her vows with her husband, Justin Rose, to celebrate 10 years of marriage.

Lala Kent

The off-screen drama between Kelly Dodd and Braunwyn Windham-Burke is heating up. They unfollowed each other on Instagram, which isn’t the biggest deal. Braunwyn claimed that Kelly and Emily Simpson unfollowed her because of their different political beliefs.

Kelly slammed Braunwyn for traveling all over during a pandemic, without her seven kids. She also said that the kids spend much more time with the nanny than they do with Braunwyn. She called Braunwyn a “poser” and a “loser” who’s “never done anything in her life.” The latest? Kelly shared photos of Braunwyn’s license plates and raised questions about Braunwyn doing something shady with her taxes since she lives in California, but she has Florida plates. In response, social media users accused Kelly of doxxing Braunwyn. Now, Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent is chiming in because, well, she knows a thing or two about slamming a co-star on social media. Just ask Scheana Shay. She’s been on the receiving end of Lala’s vitriol, plenty of times.

Vanderpump Rules’ Katie Maloney Says She And Tom Schwartz Are Trying To Get Pregnant

Since two thirds of the Witches of WeHo have been fired from Vanderpump Rules, things have been changing pretty fast for the whole cast. Stassi Schroeder announced she was pregnant at the apex of the VPR shake-up and married Beau Clark. Following soon after, Lala Kent announced that her and Randall Emmett are also expecting, and so are Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor. Most recently, in October, Scheana Shay announced she was pregnant, after miscarrying earlier this year.

Stassi, LalaScheana, and Brittany each had gender reveals. Everyone aside from Brittany and Jax are expecting baby girls. Fast forward to season 45 of Pump Rules where Jason Cauchi Jr. is tattooing Stassi’s daughter’s name on his ass. Aside from Kristen Doute and Ariana Madix, the only veteran cast member not pregnant is Katie Maloney.

Katie Maloney Says Lisa Barlow Is Not “The Sundance Queen” Despite Her Claims On Real Housewives Of Salt Lake City

We are only one episode into Real Housewives of Salt Lake City and I am already way more invested than I ever expected to be. If you haven’t started watching yet, please do so immediately (well, after you’re done reading this article).

Whoever did the casting for this show deserves a raise. There is no filler in this cast. Every single one of them has a good storyline both within the group and on her own. I am already so interested and beyond ready for more.

Luann de Lesseps

Last season on Real Housewives of New York, Sonja Morgan, Dorinda Medley, and Ramona Singer couldn’t handle the fact that Leah McSweeney had some tattoos.  When Sonja heard about Leah’s tramp stamp she quipped, “That’s so when they have sex behind you, they remember who you are.”

Sonja said that it “says something negative about her.” Sonja even claimed that she doesn’t have sex with people who have tattoos, which I highly doubt. When Tinsley Mortimer said that she has a tattoo, Sonja told her that “no one is going to f*ck” her with that there. Ouch! That’s actually so mean, but not nearly as sharp as the daggers Dorinda threw at Tinsley all year long.

Whitney Rose Real Housewives of salt lake city

Did y’all watch the premiere of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City? I don’t mean to get ahead of myself but is this a possible new favorite franchise? It had it all! The new cast was interesting and fresh. They all have different backgrounds and stories. Hell, they even kicked off the first episode with a fight over someone smelling like a hospital. Truly. What a gem.

One of the cast members that immediately stood out was Whitney Rose. Her deal is that her and her much older husband got kicked out of the Mormon Church for having an affair when they were both married. Juicy. I’m actually a little surprised Whitney was so forthcoming about the whole thing. But it turns out, she has a little help navigating her new life in front of the Bravo cameras.

Jen Shah Real Housewives of Salt Lake City

I’m still reeling from the awesome premiere of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. It had everything a Housewives series should have, and then some! Money, insane fashion looks, a vow renewal, a marriage contract based in seeming incest, diversity, Mormons, party crashers and strippers, Botox. The. List. Goes. On.

Bravo has had a stupidly hard time understanding how diversity and inclusion works on their shows. From the beginning series have been segregated by race. Finally, they are casting women of varied racial and ethnic backgrounds to coexist on the same show! I guess the reckoning from Vanderpump Rules made them re-direct positively. Either way, RHOSLC is what Real Housewives should look like in 2020. Lisa Barlow, Mary Cosby, Heather GayWhitney Rose, and Meredith Marks all left me wanting more. But Jen Shah is the one who truly impressed me by speaking so openly about real life social issues right out of the gate.

Vanderpump Rules Ariana Madix

There was a large voter turnout for the 2020 presidential election and that wasn’t a coincidence. People, both famous and not, were very vocal about the importance of voting and encouraging others to partake in the election.

That should all be a good thing, but some people don’t seem to feel that way. Vanderpump Rules cast member Ariana Madix had been encouraging people to vote, sending out reminders for election deadlines, and sharing other pertinent information throughout 2020. Apparently, that turned off a few thousand people because they decided to click “unfollow” on Ariana’s Instagram page.
