Jon Gosselin And Hailey Glassman Peace Deal In The Works

Could the he said-she said saga involving Hailey Glassman and Jon Gosselin be coming to an end? That answer is yes according to RadarOnline, who is reporting a sit down is in the works for the two idiots to sit with their attorneys and work out their issues.

Those issues include Jon accusing Hailey of ransacking and robbing their NYC apartment, and Hailey accusing Jon of physically attacking her by pushing her against a wall.

After days of attacking each other in the media, it seems both parties are ready to call a truce. Hailey’s attorney Stephanie Ovadia told Radar exclusively: “Hailey, Jon myself and Mr. Heller (Jon’s attorney, Mark Heller) have decided to privately sit down at the table and discuss the matter. We are going to discuss a resolution.”

Jon’s attorney confirmed to RadarOnline as well that a meeting will be taking place soon. People magazine is also reporting that
according to a source, “Jon is in New York and is speaking to Hailey. They’re trying to come to a resolution.”

Jersey Shore’s Snooki Lashes Out At Critics Plus Cast Gets MakeOver

Even though a lot of people don’t seem to be fans of MTVs controversial show Jersey Shore, the ratings still continue to rise. Some companies including Domino’s and Dell have pulled their advertising, reports Usmagazine. However, one of the stars of the show isn’t keeping quiet amidst all the controversy, instead the Jersey Shore star Nicole Polizzi (a.k.a. “Snooki“) is saying people who aren’t interested in watching the show should stay away.

“I just have one thing to say to Domino’s, Dell, UNICO and all the other haters out there,” she yelled. “F*** you! If you don’t want to watch, don’t watch. Just shut the hell up! I’m serious… F*** you!”

The controversial MTV reality show follows a group of 20 something year old Italians as they live and work on the Garden State’s shoreline. The Italian-American organization (UNICO) claims that the show perpetuates negative stereotypes and should be pulled off the air. They also want sponsors to boycott the series.

“She is not an embarrassment to Italian Americans — she is actually an embarrassment to the entire human race!!!!” UNICO released in a statement.

In addition to UNICO and advertisers bashing the MTV series, the New Jersey beach town also released a statement saying it doesn’t “solicit” or “promote” the filming of Jersey Shore.

One thing is for sure, if ratings continue to increase like they have then this shore isn’t going off the air anytime soon.

Hailey Glassman Alleges Jon Gosselin Attacked Her

We saw this story coming from a mile away the minute it was reported that one of Hailey Glassman’s attorneys specialized in domestic violence cases. Well the NYPost is now reporting that Jon Gosselin allegedly slammed his former girlfriend Hailey against the wall of their Manhattan apartment after he saw a photo of her kissing her new beau “Celebrity Boxing” promoter Damon Feldman.

“That picture started the whole thing, a picture of her kissing another man,” Hailey a source told The Post.  According to the NYPost, Hailey filed a harassment complaint with the NYPD, saying “she was pushed against [a] wall” on Dec. 20 and verbally abused by Jon.   The cops are currently investigating the charge.

Jon’s lawyer is however denying Hailey’s claims of abuse. “Jon is a lover, not a fighter,” said Mark Heller. “He’s been rumored to steal a kiss here and there, but he has never been accused of landing a sucker punch.”

Jon’s Lawyer also tells RadarOnline that Hailey is making up her claims of abuse simply as retaliation against Jon’s claims.  “Her legal people obviously advised her to put this out there,” Heller tells Radar. “Often times when you have a domestic situation and one of the parties goes down to a police precinct and makes a complaint its not uncommon that the other party is urged to make a counter claim. So the one party will have a bargaining chip, ‘you withdraw your claim I will withdraw my claim’

According to Heller, Jon called the cops on December 26th after noticing his apartment has been ransacked and robbed, and Hailey waited until a week after the alleged Dec. 20th incident to file her complaint with the police. Heller believes Hailey filed her complaint because all signs are pointing to her being the culprit in the Jon Gosselin apartment saga.

‘Jersey Shore’ Town Downplays Link To Show, Ratings Continue To Rise

It seems almost everyone nowadays, including Alyssa Milano & New Jersey lawmakers, are not fans of MTV’s hit reality show – Jersey Shore.  The town in which the show was filmed is now attempting to distance itself from the controversial show.

The Borough of Seaside Heights — the New Jersey beach town that’s home to the show –  released a statement on Monday saying it “did not solicit, promote or participate in the filming” of the show. The town did however issue a permit allowing the production company to film, but says those permits are issued routinely.

The town also insists the show doesn’t reflect the majority of its visitors.

In other news, it seems controversy sells as ratings for Jersey Shore continue to soar each week.  According to TVGuide, ratings for the MTV series increased to 2.5 million viewers for the December 17th episode. In the adults ages 18-49 demo, the show rose 27 percent to a 1.4 rating. Jersey Shore also earned a 2.2 rating among women ages 18-34.

This is in comparison to the 1.3 million viewers the show debuted to on December 4th.

The Bachelor Shocker – Contestant Involved In Sexual Affair With Staff

The latest scandal to rear its ugly head from The Bachelor is that one of the young women looking for love with the new “Bachelor” Jake Pavelka was fooling around with a staff member from the show, according to reports. The incident became public when ABC aired a brief promo about the contestant. “She’s been having a sexual affair with somebody else in the Bachelor House,” one of the other women is heard saying on the clip, which has now been removed from the ABC website.

According to the NYpost, fansofrealityTV.com also revealed several weeks earlier that a male member of the show’s production crew and one of the contestants were romantically involved while “The Bachelor” was shooting in the fall. In addition, the website claims to have some inside information regarding the affair.

Officials from the show have refused to comment but this is somewhat interesting since reality shows prohibit cast and crew members from fraternizing off camera. Mark Burnett, producer of several hit reality shows including “Survivor” claims that his crew members are warned that merely talking to a contestant is grounds for immediate termination.

“The Bachelor” has been lucky with ratings – impromptu happenings like when Jason Mesnick changed his mind a month after initially proposing to Melissa Rycroft have proved to be a ratings boost for the show. In the Reunion show, he announced he was really in love with the runner up Molly and dumped Melissa on national TV.

The episode where the alleged scandal takes place will air in late January, according to reports. However, no one seems to know which bachelorette was caught fooling around this season and the fate of the crew member. The bachelorette will however be one of the 15 that remained on after the first night of eliminations.

The new season of the Bachelor premiers January 4th on ABC.

Jon Gosselin & NJ Housewives’ Danielle Staub Party Together

Could this be a reality match from hell? TMZ is reporting that Jon Gosselin and Real Housewives of NJ’s Danielle Staub partied together at the Tenjune nightclub in LA Tuesday night.

Danielle confirmed she did some “dancing” and “socializing” with Jon inside.  When asked if she would ever date the 32 year old father of eight, she said no because he is too broke “too young” for her.  She however noted she wouldn’t mind being friends with him.

TMZ also caught up with Jon and all they got out of him was pretty much a no comment regarding all questions asked of him.  Jon made it clear he couldn’t answer any of their questions due to TLC’s injunction against him.
