Real Housewives of Miami's Alexia Echevarria is in some hot water.  Who would have thought that Alexia would heve gone part time and still found herself at the center of a lawsuit?

Alexia is facing some heat from her former country club, and she's now at the center of of a legal situation that doesn't seem to be going away any time soon.  Bless her heart.  I know that Alexia has a lot going on in her personal life, but girlfriend needs to get her accounting in check—literally!

TMZ is reporting that Alexia has some bills to pay.  Yikes!

Apparently the RHOM star owes her country club some cash.  The Fisher Island Club in Miami is suing Alexia and her husband Herman.  The couple joined the club in 2006 for the very low price of $250,000., but they weren't super good about paying their yearly dues.

A source shares, "Real Housewives of Miami stars Alexia and Herman Echevarria LOVE to live the high life in Miami — they just don't wanna pay for it … this according to a primo country club that is suing them for $160,000 in unpaid membership fees."

The club is claiming that Alexia and Herman stopped paying their dues as of late.   The couple opted for the most expensive membership option, which means they are responsible for monthly dues in excess of $18,300 a month.  My bank account just curled up in a ball and died!

The Fisher Island Club keeps billing the pair to no avail.  Is this what happens when you're rich?  I'm on board…maybe.

The club has now initiated a lawsuit to recoup past dues, although the pair has yet to respond.  Gracious!  You're on a very successful reality show…pay your bills!
