Vittoria Ceretti recently went candid about her relationship label as Leonardo DiCaprio’s alleged “girlfriend” in a new interview with Vogue France. After addressing the Italian model’s relationship with a renowned actor, the interviewer asked whether she watched “Titanic” or not. In response, Ceretti answered, “Who hasn’t seen it? Or didn’t like it?” She continued, “It’s an iconic film.”
After that, the interviewer went on to ask the model about the place where she first met the actor. Vittoria Ceretti revealed, “In Milan.” However, she quickly added, “But I prefer not to go into details.” The model was then asked how the label “girlfriend of” made her feel. She explained, “Yes. As soon as you’re in a relationship with someone who has a larger following than you, you become “girlfriend of”—or “boyfriend of,” for that matter.”
Vittoria Ceretti further expressed, “And that can be extremely annoying.” The model continued, “Suddenly, people are talking about you as so-and-so’s girlfriend who was so-and-so’s ex.” She added, “So it’s not nice to think that you can’t love whoever you want, because of the labels people need to stick on you.”
