For his 37th birthday, which the record producer celebrated on March 8, he decided to fulfill Selena Gomez‘s dream of going to the prom. The singer-actor had never gone to the prom before. Thus, the record producer made sure that she had the best time while going to a prom-themed birthday party with him.
While on “The Jennifer Hudson Show,” Blanco opened up about what he did for his 37th birthday. The record producer disclosed, “Selena had never been to a prom before. So, I thought I would throw us a prom for my birthday.” The audience, along with the talk show host, Hudson, were amazed by Blanco’s story.
While reminiscing his previous prom experience, Benny Blanco explained, “Honestly, my favorite prom was with my partner [Selena Gomez].” He further gushed about how excited his fiancée was about going to the prom. Blanco recalled, “She didn’t even know. She’s like, ‘What am I supposed to wear? What am I supposed to do?'” The record producer continued, “It was like she was really going to prom.” Blanco also shared that he “got her a little corsage.”
Later, the record producer talked about his experience of going to the Oscars 2025 with Gomez. Moreover, he gave kudos to all the women for all the effort they put into getting ready for such occasions.
