Although Mickey Rourke is out of the Celebrity Big Brother house, the drama isn’t over. A new report suggests that he’s considering a lawsuit after his ejection from the game. In his mind, he’s entitled to some cash after his appearance on the show, and he isn’t going down without a fight.

In case you missed it, Mickey got kicked off CBB following a string of bad behavior. It started when he made homophobic comments aimed at America’s Sweetheart, JoJo Siwa. After the disturbing incident, Big Brother gave him a formal warning about his behavior.
Fast forward a couple of days and the Hollywood actor got into a heated argument with Love Island alum Chris Hughes. That aggressive interaction, along with sexual comments made towards Ella Rae Wise, prompted the producers to yank him out of the house. According to TMZ, he’s feeling salty about it.
Allegedly, Mickey was set to receive a fat paycheck from ITV for his participation on the program. He got pulled from the show one day before he would have been contractually obligated to receive the money.
On top of that, there’s also a disagreement over the accommodations for Mickey and his team. His rep told TMZ that they were promised a first-class hotel when they got to London. Supposedly, Mickey racked up a $50,000 bill for their time across the pond, only to later learn they would only be reimbursed $300 a night.
With all of that in mind, Mickey’s rep said he’s trying to lawyer up in the UK so that he can get the money he feels he deserves. Then, he plans on putting this entire CBB experience behind him. She said her client wants to focus on making “quality films” and making his “final comeback” to Hollywood. That’s probably exciting news for a handful of people.
