It is an indisputable fact that Summer House is the best show on Bravo. I’ll die on this hill over and over again. But the series has been a gold mine of TV moments, broken relationships, and true friendships for nine very successful seasons. But with all the turmoil going on within the network as they announce pauses and new shows, I have a few theories I need to get off my chest.
Summer House Season 10 could be a whole new cast
I don’t even want to put this idea out into the Bravoverse, but Summer House Season 10 could be a whole new cast. Let’s break it down. Firstly, whoever told Carl Radke that his Soft Bar plan was legit needs their head examined. Bankruptcy should not be his contingency plan. Sadly, I think fans are over watching Carl’s struggles. Lindsay Hubbard just had her baby, and I can’t imagine she wants to bring her bundle of joy into a rowdy home with no bedtime. And the last two newbies that Bravo introduced have not gone over well. I’ve already forgotten that Bailee Henderson was even on the series.
Now, West Wilson and Jesse Solomon had potential. However, Jesse has really blown it. Season 9 has shown the man becoming a totally different person while in his relationship with Lexi Wood. He no longer feels like a safe space, and in fact, is giving many viewers the ick. If I’m being totally honest, the only roommate I see with longevity is Kyle Cooke because this man never changes. He slayed me with his Muffin Man comment in the last episode.
The Summer House ladies could head to RHONY Season 16
The ladies of Summer House keep the episodes fresh every week. So far, just in Season 9 alone, we’ve seen Paige DeSorbo open up about her breakup with Craig Conover. Fans have also watched as Ciara Miller has put every man in their place. Amanda Batula has launched her own swim line. And Lindsay is embracing her role as a mother. Now stick with me here on this next brainstorm.
News has quickly spread that the Real Housewives of New York has been paused until further notice. Now we know the OGs are turning in their metaphorical graves. But this could be the perfect opportunity to get a fresh new cast of women that Bravo fans LOVE. Picture it: New York, 2027. Lindsay is planning her wedding and searching for the perfect nanny. Paige is thriving in her work life now that she isn’t tied down. Amanda has just struck a deal with Victoria’s Secret for her swim line. Ciara has finally embraced love and is dating a New York Yankee. And Gabby Prescod is hosting her own daytime talk show with her witty quips. It’s all fathomable, and with this current time being so tentative for Bravo, it could just become a reality.
Jesse Solomon hints at Summer House changes for Season 10
The idea that changes are coming to Summer House isn’t far-fetched. Jesse recently poured his heart out on an Amazon Live. A customer asked if he would be back for another season, and his answer was quite cryptic. He noted, “Things happen very fluid. Not last minute, but like it’s an evolving situation over at the summer house. And I’ve heard rumbilings of, they are casting for Season 10. And reaching out to a lot of people.” The revelation came as a surprise that the network might be looking to change some things up. I wonder if Jesse was supposed to keep this information closer to his chest.
He added, “And so I’m trying to get one of my buddies to come out to the house this summer. I think it will be really fun. I think he’d be great at it. It’s one thing to be a great person and have a great personality. And it’s another thing to be able to do that with giant cameras in your face. I think this guy could handle the heat.” According to the Summer House star, there will most likely be a Season 10. He noted, “So yeah, I think there will be a show, and if there’s a show, I think I’ll be on it. But yeah, you never know. It’s God’s plan.”
