Tzarina Mace-Ralph and Harry Van Vliet started their friendship off on a solid foundation. Both the chef and the deckhand have been there for one another when times got hard on Below Deck Down Under. However, a nasty feud has taken its toll on the duo. And now Tzarina is making it clear that if you’re not on her side, you’ll walk the plank.
Below Deck’s Tzarina Mace-Ralph didn’t like Harry van Vliet’s Down Under advice
During a Q&A with Harry, a follower asked why he is no longer following the chef on Instagram. The answer, it turns out, was quite simple. Harry noted, “TZ blocked me on Instagram after I suggested she calmed down her comments about the current season on Instagram. I don’t support online blasting or bullying and didn’t like what I was seeing.” Tzarina’s arch nemesis, Chief Stew, Lara Rigby, also joined the conversation after reposting Harry’s comments. She wrote, “Finally, someone speaks out! Remember, you only see a small snippet of what was really going on. I have kept very quiet about the situation on socials, but it’s people’s real lives affected by this! We need more people like Harry in the world.”
Earlier this month, Tzarina spoke out about how she felt she was treated during the most recent season. She wrote, “I feel like I have always been a kind-hearted empathetic individual who believes mental health is the cornerstone of everything. I feel, however, when you get pushed into corners and have your back against the wall, something changes inside. Reaches a breaking point. I am well aware that the way I acted was spiteful. Almost wanting someone to feel the same way I felt all this time.”
In a dig at Lara, she added, “Sometimes someone just brings out the worst out in you and it is normal for any human being, it is a part of human nature. I was always kicked down by bullies at school and never stood up for myself, thinking it was an act of kindness towards others.”
