Bianca Censori Is Kanye West’s Agent Amid Mounting Legal Troubles — Report

As his legal troubles escalate, Kanye West reportedly granted Bianca Censori power of attorney, and the role of his agent as a lawsuit against him picks up heat. In Touch Weekly acquired court documents that showed Benjamin Provo, West’s ex-employee who accused him and his company of discrimination and wrongful termination in a 2024 suit, revealing Censori’s role in the rapper’s matters.

These revelations came in Provo’s new filing after the defendant failed to produce documents about his wife’s power of attorney despite multiple requests.

Official court documents in a 2024 lawsuit against Kanye West that In Touch Weekly obtained revealed that he has leaned on Bianca Censori amid escalating legal issues. Last year, Benjamin Provo, a former Yeezy employee, accused West, who now goes by Ye, and the company of unfair dismissal and discrimination.

Provo’s latest filing disclosed that the rapper has granted his wife power of attorney, giving her control over his business and life decisions. However, the defendant has yet to provide proof of the said change in affairs.

The documents stated that the 47-year-old musician gave Censori power of attorney and that she also serves as his agent. He further claimed that he would hand over the “Designation of Agency” document, which supposedly exhibits things the model has authority over, only after a protective order is in place.

However, Provo taunted the need for a protective order. “It was never made clear exactly why Defendant would require a protective order to produce proof of a power-of-attorney form that they themselves put at issue,” stated his lawyer.

Additionally, the plaintiff requested that Kanye West immediately hand over the documents showing Bianca Censori receiving power of attorney. The Grammy winner has previously failed to provide the said documents concerning his wife four times last month. The publication reported that Censori will take the stand under oath, along with West’s deposition, later this month in Los Angeles.

Benjamin Provo, who used to work for West’s multiple businesses, alleged facing discrimination, which ended in his wrongful termination in his lawsuit. Provo accused him of being “abrupt, abrasive, and demeaning” to him and his Black employees, among other allegations, which the rapper and his company vehemently deny.
