After some sleuthing, it has come to our attention that there was another founder besides the queen bee, Taylor Frankie Paul. The other woman in question, who is also a major trad wife influencer, is Kenna Gibbons. While she isn’t on the series, Kenna has had a major rift with Taylor, leaving fans to wonder if she will appear on Season 3.

She was there in the early days of the group’s creation and had a big hand in building it into the empire. She, Taylor, and newbie Miranda McWhorter were often seen together in videos before the big swinger scandal was outed. Kenna was married to Brayden Rowley. He was the man who went “too far” with Taylor during their sexual meetups. As Taylor leaned into her bad girl personality, Kenna retreated from the spotlight.
Even though Kenna has not been seen on The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, she is still very much in that circle of friends. Recently, she filmed a video with Miranda as they attended a Russell Dickson concert. Taylor and Kenna are no longer friends and steer clear of one another on social media. In 2024, Kenna returned to her roots ie, TikTok to explain her side of the swinging scandal. She wasn’t thrilled to hear Taylor say “everybody was hooking up with everybody” in Season 1. The influencer shared she partook two times. She noted that her first swinging situation was during a vacation that the three friends took together. Kenna revealed, “We did switch partners and had soft-swinging happen.” The ladies identified soft swinging as not having full penetration with one another’s spouse.
In the video, Kenna shared that she felt uncomfortable with Brayden and Taylor’s constant flirting. She told viewers, “I remember looking at him and saying, ‘If this is what you want, we can divorce now because I won’t participate any longer.” In the video, Kenna revealed she then found out that Brayden and Taylor were meeting up in the Home Depot parking lot, telling one another it was love. Both were ready to leave their spouses.

After Kenna shared her side of the story, Taylor naturally clapped back. In a now-deleted video via People, Taylor addressed some of the claims. The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star claimed that Kenna “never asked to stop” the soft-swinging and that “she was one of the instigators and [sent] HER husband to get me.” The mother of three even shared receipts to back up her story. A video was shown of Taylor and Kenna kissing. And a photo of Taylor and Brayden was also shared, along with a few text messages.
In the caption, Taylor wrote, “Well, she deserves an acting award. The amount of times SHE wanted to play.” Taylor has been the most vocal about her sexual escapades. But according to her, she had every reason to out her friends after they liked posts about her being a cheater. She shared on the Viall Files, “So I got online, not thinking at all, but like, ‘Hey yes, I did do this, but we were also all hooking up just the other night.’ It just didn’t feel like it was fair. There was a lot more to the story than just I am some sort of home wrecker.”
Kenna has moved on from her part in the scandal and is now looking forward to her September wedding. Taylor is not invited.
