Kyle Fraser won Survivor 48 by a vote of 5-2-1. Host Jeff Probst noted how rare it was for everybody at a final tribal council to receive at least one vote.

Kyle received votes from Chrissy, David, Shauhin, Mitch, and long-standing ally Kamilla to win the $1 million prize. Eva received two votes – one from Star, and one from Mary – while Joe received just one vote, from fellow dad, Cedrek.

The Survivor 48 finale was one for the books. Kamilla looked like a frontrunner after winning immunity at Final 5. Her decision to help send Mitch home though, came back to bite her. At Final 4, she and Kyle told one another that they couldn’t sit next to each other at the end of the game. So, when Kyle won Final 4, Kamilla knew she’d be making fire.

In a contest that got emotional at times, Eva pulled out the win, making Kamilla the final member of the Jury.

At the final tribal council, everybody pleaded an incredible case to win the game. In the end though, Kyle and Kamilla’s under-the-radar relationship made him the sole survivor.

Survivor is available to stream online on CBS, and on Paramount+.
