Demi Lovato Marries Jordan Lutes in Stunning Wedding Dress

Congratulations are in order for Demi Lovato and her now-husband Jordan “Jutes” Lutes, who married in California on Sunday. It’s no wonder that Lovatics couldn’t contain their excitement as their favorite star walked down the aisle, looking breathtaking in her stunning custom Vivienne Westwood wedding gown.

The couple first met in a studio in January 2022, and more than three years later, they finally tied the knot, and the ceremony couldn’t have been more beautiful. The bride then told Vogue all about her dress and detailed her big day.

Demi Lovato’s wedding dress was something out of her dreams as she married her husband Jordan Lutes in a California ceremony over the weekend. Earlier this year, on Valentine’s Day, the singer shared on Instagram how she couldn’t wait to tie the knot to Lutes, and their big day seemingly turned out better than they had imagined. “I have been a fan of Vivienne Westwood’s designs for a long time,” she told Vogue while describing the pearl white gown she wore to walk down the aisle before they said “I do” at around 4 p.m. on Sunday.

The Disney alum’s wedding dress comprised heavy silk satin fabric, a corset-style bodice, and a cathedral-style tulle veil. She said she always found herself returning to Westwood’s designs. Lovato praised the designers’ “use of corsets” and “the silhouettes [that] really compliment the curves in your body.” It started after she found an image of a Westwood gown online and completed it over five fittings in LA. They brought her vision to her and gave her the dreamy, happy ending she desired.

Demi Lovato’s stylist, Jill Jacobs, and Westwood’s team worked hand in hand to custom-make the look she loved so much for her and Jordan Lutes’ nuptials. She disclosed that they worked off that inspiration (from the image) and “added touches” to make it “special” to her. It consisted of a romantic neckline, was cinched around the waist, and had an A-line skirt that ran long. Lovato was a key part of creating the dress she loved “everything about” and even underwent a dramatic fit change.

The bride later slipped into another Vivienne Westwood dress for the reception — an ivory silk satin dress. This included a draped corset bodice and featured a pearl neckline, offering a classic addition. Lovato expressed her satisfaction with the pearl detail, calling it “a special element.” In addition, she called the dress “a one-of-a-kind piece” that made her feel so “special.”
