Kylie Jenner reveals she found a ‘good balance’ in keeping her personal life private

While speaking to Dazed, Kylie Jenner was candid about balancing her personal and professional life. The interview came as her relationship with actor Timothee Chalamet continues to blossom. “I think I’ve found a good balance with sharing the things that I want to share. Keeping parts of my personal life private,” the media personality revealed. “I’m just learning as I go, I think.”

The interviewer also asked Jenner whether she bid farewell to her “baddie” era. In response, the mother of two said, “That’s so funny, I’ve seen that before too, and I’m always like, first of all, the baddie never left.” During the interview, Jenner talked about how she dealt with online criticism and public opinion, sharing, “It’s not something that I completely avoid.” She went on to explain that she doesn’t “go and look for it,” but she is also “not afraid of it.” The media personality emphasized, “I’ve found peace with it and I know my limit.”

When asked if some comments or criticism ever affected her so much that she wanted to change something about herself, the beauty mogul firmly answered, “No.” The Kylie Cosmetics founder said, “Ninety per cent of the time, whether it’s negative or positive, people just don’t know the half of anything.” She continued, “So it’s hard to take advice from people who don’t know you.”

Kylie Jenner then disclosed how she felt that the media could be quite tough on her. “I honestly think I’m so used to it, and I just don’t really care what people say,” she explained. However, she also added, “Other people’s opinions of me have never affected my personal life.”
