Justin Bieber may reportedly be entitled to a share of his wife Hailey Bieber’s billion-dollar Rhode deal if the couple were to part ways. As reported by Page Six, multiple “sources” told them that the reason behind the “Yummy” singer’s rightful entitlement to the share is the couple never signing up for a pre-nup.
The news comes in the middle of all the ongoing rumors about the beauty mogul and the Canadian singer’s divorce. However, last month, the founder of Rhode Skin responded to those who had been circulating various speculations online.

Justin Bieber may allegedly have a stake in his wife Hailey Bieber’s Rhode deal with e.l.f. Beauty, reportedly worth a billion dollars. According to Page Six, a top divorce lawyer from Hollywood stated, “It’s highly unusual for people of their stature to not have an agreement that governs their assets.” The person continued, “But sometimes people don’t want to do it.”
The divorce lawyer further explained that, as Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber “live in California, the state would have jurisdiction, and the law states that anything created during marriage is community property.” The person added, “If there is no prenup [or] postnuptial … agreement, this sounds like community property to me.”
However, in the event of the couple’s separation, Hailey Bieber might reportedly not have a share of her husband Justin Bieber’s “Baby” money. Back in 2023, the singer sold all of his music catalog to Hipgnosis Songs Capital, an investment company. As reported by the news outlet, the divorce lawyer further said, “If Justin’s music catalog originated prior to his marriage, that is separate property.” The person continued, “Regardless of when you sell the catalog, it’s still separate.”
In the meantime, Hailey Bieber is all set to reportedly join e.l.f. Beauty as Rhode’s chief creative officer and head of innovation after their recent very public deal.
