Following the pregnancy announcement, the couple graced the red carpet of the U.K. premiere of Hiddleston’s “The Life of Chuck” during the SXSW festival in London. With a baby bump, Ashton looked ethereal alongside the Hollywood actor.

Tom Hiddleston and his wife, Zawe Ashton, are expecting a second child after welcoming their first kid in 2022. In an exclusive interview with Vogue, the British actor made her pregnancy announcement ahead of her red carpet appearance for the closing of the SXSW London festival.
The celebrity pair attended the festival, which held the premiere of Hiddleston’s “The Life of Chuck.” While the “Avengers” star was elegantly suited up, Ashton wore a sleeveless sky-blue gown. Designed by Emilia Wickstead, the crepe gown included “tumbling frill details, worn beneath a svelte, puddling cape in matching fabric.”
The designer created the ensemble especially for this particular occasion as it marked Ashton’s first appearance with her baby bump. Wickstead had also designed the Broadway actor’s dress during her first baby announcement.
Speaking about the same, the fashion designer told Vogue, “Zawe wore a soft pink gown from us during her last pregnancy—quietly glowing, with a little secret only she knew.” Wickstead then revealed that to “celebrate” her second pregnancy in the beautiful blue from the fashion house’s pre-fall collection “feels like a sweet continuation of that story.”
Hiddleston and his wife met in 2019 while co-starring in the play “Betrayal.” Soon, their dating rumors took over the internet, followed by their engagement announcement in 2022. In the same year, they welcomed their first child in October. Since then, speculations about their wedding continued, but neither of the two confirmed any reports. However, the latest magazine interview revealed Ashton and Hiddleston’s relationship status.
