Britney Spears thinks Ben Affleck is ‘sexy and suave,’ claims ‘source’

According to Star Magazine‘s insider, Britney Spears has reportedly been feeling affectionate for Ben Affleck. The source stated, “For Britney, it means a lot to hear Ben sticking up for her. She’s always admired him.”

Additionally, the insider mentioned that the singer is eager to revive her popularity, and she finds the actor “sexy and suave.” The singer also feels Affleck “could be a kind of father figure who would shield her.” “She’s trying to get ahold of his number. Ben has no idea what he was getting into. Britney’s tenacious.” the source concluded.

During his appearance on “This Past Weekend with/ Theo Von” podcast, the Oscar-winning actor was seen feeling empathetic for the “Criminal” singer. While shedding light on the “cruelty” of fame, he talked about Britney Spears’s struggle with the paparazzi. The 52-year-old stated, “Years and years ago, I really had a lot of empathy for Britney Spears.”

The “Gone Girl” actor clarified that she was not somebody he “knew or hung out with” back then. Despite not knowing Spears in person, he felt bad seeing the paps always “following her around.” Affleck could resonate with her struggles with paps, given his own experience in the industry.

He shared, “Having had my own experience myself, I knew that these are people who are following her [Spears] around in a time where she may or may not have been having difficulty.” Ben Affleck added that “I don’t know her (Spears), but I do know cycle of having people harangue you and yell at you and hassle you and follow you,… I thought, ‘This is [cruel].”
