She’s betting it all on blonde! After her platinum blonde hair faded away in prison, Julie Chrisley has defied the odds and dyed her hair. This comes just days after she said was going to stick to a more natural look. It’s almost like this family has a history of being inconsistent, but if she’s happy, we’re happy.
Julie Chrisley’s trademark platinum blonde hair is back
When Julie and Todd Chrisley got their Get out of Jail Free cards from the President last month, their kids immediately reacted to their physical transformations. Savannah Chrisley said Todd was looking “jacked.” Meanwhile, Chase Chrisley picked up his mom from jail, and he was the first to comment on his mom’s hair.
“My mother’s an angel. She’s still a beautiful woman,” Chase said after his mom’s release. “Her hair’s darker now. I’m like, ‘Mama, we gotta go back platinum blonde.’ And she’s like, ‘I’m not doing that.’”
Clearly, something changed because new photos obtained by Ok Magazine show that she’s back to business as usual. In one of the photos, the formerly convicted felon went on a Target run and was all smiles with a couple of fans. It’s hard to believe that this time last month, she couldn’t even go outside when she wanted.
Now that Julie is back to her platinum blonde hair, she’s camera-ready for the Chrisleys’ upcoming reality show. Lifetime greenlit the new series a few days before the POTUS announced their pardons. The show will follow the family’s new chapter as they continue to argue that they should never have gone to prison in the first place.
