Channing Tatum and his girlfriend Inka Williams’ relationship is seemingly going strong. Earlier this year, the couple went Instagram official after dealing with dating rumors for a while. According to a recent report, a source mentioned that the 45-year-old actor finds the Australian model “wife material.” However, his well-wishers have been worried that he might be “moving fast.”
Channing Tatum wants to live a ‘traditional life’ with Inka Williams in LA, claims ‘source’
Channing Tatum and his girlfriend, Inka Williams, made their first public appearance together at a pre-Oscar event in February. Confirming their dating rumors, the celebrity pair officially announced their relationship on Instagram in April.
Before Williams, Tatum was married to Jenna Dewan and then engaged to Zoe Kravitz. Commenting on the “Magic Mike” star’s dating life, a source told Life & Style magazine, “But he’s fallen in love again and has been saying Inka is wife material.” Reportedly, his girlfriend also wants a long-term commitment with the actor, but first, she wants “a ring on her finger.”
“She’s not going to be rushed into anything until he makes his commitment and intention clear,” the source added. Williams and Tatum have a 20-year age gap, which might be why the model wants to take things slow. Additionally, the “Step Up” star agrees with his lover’s decision.
The insider stated, “Channing is fine with that, he wants the same thing and to have a very traditional life in L.A. together so that he can see his daughter Everly as much as possible, too.” Tatum shares 12-year-old Everly with his ex-wife, Dewan.
While the couple seems to be on the same page about their relationship’s future, Tatum’s friends “are a little worried by how fast he’s moving.” However, they are also aware of the actor’s behavior who doesn’t care about people’s opinions and only “follows his heart.”
