Justin Bieber Seemingly Mocks Critics Over ‘Standing On Business’ Paparazzi Video

Justin Bieber seemingly threw shade at critics mocking his “standing on business” remark from last week’s paparazzi video. The confrontation occurred in California last Thursday while he was leaving the Soho House Malibu. Bieber wasn’t having it and engaged in a several-minute-long argument with the paps. During the heated exchange, he lectured photographers, “It’s not clocking to you that I’m standing on business.” However, it appears he is now in on the joke.

Justin Bieber‘s latest Instagram Stories appeared to take a low-key jab at critics mocking his “standing on business” paparazzi video. In a series of posts, the pop singer shared three separate close-up selfies with three different songs, addressing the same subject: standing on business. He chose Myia B Music’s “Stand on Business” to accompany the first image. The following included Soulja Rilla’s “Standing on Business,” featuring Trigga500k and Loe Shimmy. Finally, the third photo comprised Fredo Bang’s “Dat Business.”

All three songs reiterated the 31-year-old musician’s comments from last week while confronting the paps. A clip of the exchange went viral on X (formerly Twitter), as he said, “I’m a dad, I’m a husband.” Bieber called out the swarming photographers for not “getting it” and continued lecturing them, “It’s not clocking to you.” He repeated, “It’s not clocking to you that I’m standing on business, is it?” Page Six reported that the artist further slammed them for recording “out of context” videos and provoking him.

Justin Bieber’s sly reaction to the “standing on business” paparazzi video on Instagram came days after videos of the interaction surfaced. Following the incident, well-wishers defended his action, including one viral TikTok, which even got Hailey Bieber’s support. User Robyn DelMonte, who goes by @girlbosstown, urged the paps to leave Bieber alone and “put the camera down.” Hailey backed her husband, commenting, “Exactly.”
