Scott Thomas is no stranger to being thrust into awkward love connection situations. After all, he’s a Love Island veteran. But he still found himself speechless when he met Kendall Jenner alone. The surprise meeting happened in an elevator of all places! Meet cute perhaps? He’d like to think so!
Not surprisingly, Scott is not the only one quite besotted with Kendall. For years, the Kardashian-Jenner siblings have been the topic of various love connections. Kylie Jenner, in particular has been in the news often thanks to her relationship with Timothee Chalamet. Could Kendall be following soon with Scott Thomas. Absolutely not. But a man can dream.
Love Island UK star Scott Thomas and Kendall Jenner got in the same elevator
Scott shared his Kendall story on his podcast At Home with the Thomas Bros.
For context, he had seen Kendall the night prior to his story. He asked for a photo but her security said no. But he spotted her again the next day and that’s when things took a rom-com turn.
“So I come back from the gym and I see her, she’s sat in the corner having breakfast with her family,” he started. He shared that he walked into the elevator and according to him just as the doors are about to close, she walks into the lift alone. It’s like a scene from a movie.
“I swear to God, it’s me and Kendall Jenner on this lift on our own,” he continued. “And there’s like elevator music playing, it’s a bit quiet. And I’m like ‘should I say something, should I say something?’”
The problem was he was sober at this point so he didn’t have that alcohol liquid courage. In the end he opted to say he was sorry for the previous night (where perhaps alcohol gave me a little too much courage). He shared that she was lovely and told him not to worry about it because they were all “f*cked up.”
“What are the chances of her getting in that lift with me just me and her on our own?” he asked. “Nah, she followed me.”
His brothers laughed good-naturedly at the absurdity of his bold claim as he concluded by saying, “Kendall, if you’re watching this, there’s still time.”
He probably shouldn’t get his hopes up though. Despite the fact that Kendall has allegedly split from Devon Booker, she’s probably too busy working on her tan or hanging out with family to come chasing him.
