The Secret Lives of Mormon Lives follows the lives of several Utah-based women and their complicated marriages. Well, this is true for most of the cast anyway. For instance, star Taylor Frankie Paul isn’t actually married. She used to be with a guy named Tate Paul, but they announced their divorce back in 2022.
She didn’t come onto the show without a man in her life, though. In the premiere season viewers were introduced to her boyfriend Dakota Mortensen. It was quickly showcased on the show that their romance was already falling apart. There were multiple phases of the two being together and deciding to separate. By the end of Season 2, the couple have officially broken up and only focus on co-parenting their son. Now, after two failed relationships, Taylor is back in the dating scene and she seems to be willing to do anything to find her Mr. Right. Even if that means becoming the next Bachelorette.
Taylor Frankie Paul’s Bachelorette audition doesn’t appear to be serious
Taylor recently took to social media to share an audition video for The Bachelorette. She appears to be joking, and even used the funny audio from a Lindsay Lohan spoof from the early 2000s.
“Sending this in for my chance as the next bachelorette,” she captioned over a TikTok video.
The clip has quickly gone viral, with Mormon Wives fans now exciting for the idea of her joining the franchise. Even some of her co-stars were into the idea, with Mikayla Matthews encouragingly commenting, “I’d 10000% watch.”
It’s unclear whether or not Taylor would actually want to join a dating show. But, with this overwhelming amount of fan and friend support, maybe it’s something she might want to consider.
