In court documents reviewed by TMZ, prosecutors presented three new charges against the Love Island USA alum, who also competed on The Challenge USA. The charges include aggravated sexual assault, aggravated assault, and domestic violence in the presence of a child.

According to the court documents, an argument between Cashel and his girlfriend erupted because she asked him to get a job. In an attempt to “punish” her, he withheld physical contact for a month.

The alleged attack happened in November 2024, when Cashel made a sexual advance towards his girlfriend. When she went to kiss him, he reportedly went into a rage. The court documents said he proceeded to choke, slap, and sexually assault her while the baby was crying in the same room.

Cashel remains in jail and is being held without bail. Meanwhile, he maintains his innocence. In a statement, his lawyer denied that the former reality star did anything wrong.

“My client and his family are enduring an incredibly difficult time, and we hope that his privacy will be respected as we work diligently to defend his name and reputation,” the lawyer told TMZ.
