Let’s face it. Below Deck Mediterranean has never been the same since Hannah Ferrier got fired. The Chief Stew starred on the hit Bravo show from 2016 to 2020 before getting kicked off the boat midseason for having a vape pen and a valium in her belongings. According to Captain Sandy Yawn, Hannah violated maritime law, and she was left with no choice but to fire her.
Of course, a lot of life has happened since then. Hannah had a baby, Captain Sandy got married, and the two have recently made amends. But does that mean Hannah would be willing to jump back into her whites? She’s not so sure.
Would Hannah Ferrier return to Below Deck?
Hannah recently sat down with People to promote her City Cruises Live tour, where she’s publicly reuniting with Captain Sandy for the first time since her controversial exit from Below Deck. If you plan on attending one of those, please leave your vape pens at home.
When asked about a potential Below Deck comeback, Hannah said that she’d be happy to step in if needed. She explained how she has close relationships with other Below Deck captains, like Kerry Titheradge and Jason Chambers, so she wouldn’t want to leave them hanging.
“If they were ever in a pickle, I’d be happy to go and help them,” Hannah noted.
With that said, don’t expect Hannah to show up, ready to lead the interior for a full charter season like she used to do. Those days are probably in the past. She’s got other things going on in her life.
Hannah added, “I’m not sure how I’d go with showing up on day one with a little backpack to spend six weeks sleeping in a bunk. But yeah, I would always go and help them if they needed it.”
