Lizzo’s latest Instagram post detailed her strict weight loss routine and the “truth” behind her transformation, rebutting Ozempic allegations. Sharing the before and after photos, she revealed that the one on the left was her “first time getting lymphatic massage from Flavia [Lanini].” Meanwhile, the mirror selfie on the right showed the “most recent.” The rapper-singer then disclosed the “truth” behind her journey.
“I work my a– off,” Lizzo wrote in the caption, stating that she trains thrice a week besides the daily sauna and cardio. She confessed to adding “animal protein back” into her diet and “hiring a chef” to help her meal prep and track everything she consumes. The activist came clean about “cutting out sugary Starbucks,” “full fat sodas,” and “potato chips.” She even admitted to quitting “drinking for the longest,” but acknowledged that she has started drinking again.
Lizzo’s weight loss routine also includes playing pickleball, hiking, and walking on the beach. She claimed she regularly moves her body, enjoys dance sessions, and keeps herself hydrated, besides detoxing once a month. Additionally, the 37-year-old gets “holistic body work done,” alongside “wood therapy, and lymphatic massage.” She finally celebrated how “happy” and “proud” of everything she has been doing, exclaiming, “No one can take that away from me.”
