Friendships are certainly getting tested on Next Gen NYC. And Charlie Zakkour has had beef with so many! In the latest episode, the show’s “bad boy” had a big blow out with his friend Georgia McCann and it was not pretty. In fact, Georgia shared that it was a “very real fight.”
Now Charlie is no stranger to controversy. He’s had arguments with over half the group and his behavior can go from 0 to 100 unexpectedly. We learned a lot about his villain origin story over the course of the show and it looks like Charlie’s parents may have a lot to do with his issues. However, at some point, he’ll have to accept responsibility for his own actions as he’s turning 30.
Next Gen NYC’s Georgia McCann has always let Charlie Zakkour’s bad behavior “slide”
Initially Georgia was concerned about Charlie’s bad behavior noting that he wasn’t that way before. But honestly, when you compare your dad to the dad in Succession, is it really surprisingly you aren’t all that stable.
In either case, Georgia’s empathy was short-lived. She and Charlie had a huge argument about her returning his speakers late. He crashed out over something so small. When she said he was being absurd, he called her a “delusional b*tch.” It just got worse from there.
Now, Georgia is saying that while it was a real and explosive fight, it didn’t necessarily signal the end of their relationship.
“Girl, I wish I could tell you right now, that was the end of our friendship and I never forgave him again,” Georgia said during an interview with Sirius XM’s Reality Unchecked. “Currently, we are not friends. I think throughout my entire friendship with Charlie, like, I just let so much slide. More than I would for any other person in my life. I wish I could say that was the last straw, but unfortunately, it wasn’t.”
She didn’t want to spoil too much so she didn’t give details. She did share that she was the type to look for ways to forgive. So suffice to say, that was not the end of their relationship.
But she did mention what viewers saw was the tip of the iceberg. Looks like there’s more bad behavior ahead.
Next Gen NYC airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on Bravo, and streams on Peacock the next day. It’s also available to stream on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
