Total Divas Reboot: Brie and Nikki Garcia ‘Think It’d Be Amazing’

Nikki Garcia along with her sister Brie Garcia aren’t just known for their takedowns on WWE. They also built a huge fanbase from the show Total Divas. A behind the scenes of their lives, the sisters gave a unique glimpse into what it takes to be a female wrestler. And they weren’t alone.

Over the course of nine seasons, some of the most fan-favorite female WWE stars joined them, including Nia Jax and Lana. In 2019, the iconic series was cancelled and the cast went their separate ways. But now, after six years apart, it seems like they are willing to get the group back together again.

Would a Total Divas reboot work?

On a recent episode of SiriusXM’s The Nikki & Brie Show, the sisters discussed the possibility of Total Divas coming back. Not only are they down for it, but according to Brie, everyone else is.

“I mean, everyone wants it and all the girls who were part of “Total Divas” all want to reboot it. I think it’d be amazing,” she shared in the July 10 episode.

Nikki agreed, adding that it might be the perfect time in their lives to get back together.

“I just see, especially with some of us with the Total Divas of like, when you see the success of, And Just Like That with Sex and the City, like we’re all doing so many different things now in our new eras of life. That would be so cool to bring it all back together with all of us. It would just be a lot of fun and I think it would be a huge success as well.”

And she’s right; the original cast has definitely transitioned into new eras in life. Not only has Nikki undergone a chaotic divorce with ex-husband Artem Chigvintsev, but a lot has changed among the rest of the group too.

For instance, fan-favorite Ronda Rousey has fully embarked on motherhood. After leaving WWE in 2023, she has been enjoying her two children full-time.

Then there’s also Maryse Mizanin, wife of Mike “The Miz” Mizanin and total champ in her own right. Back in 2024 she revealed her precancer diagnosis after doctors found 11 tumors.

A new show would give a glimpse into the past six years of their lives and their growth through trials and tribulations. Will this reunion series actually happen though? Only time will tell.

Total Divas is available to stream on Peacock.
