After 36 episodes, 20 bombshells, and two racism scandals, Season 7 of Love Island USA has finally come to an end. Amaya “Papaya” Espinal and Bryan Arenales were declared the winners, and they each walked away with a $50,000 grand prize. Not bad for a hot and steamy summer in Fiji, right?
Although the season literally just ended, Amaya and Bryan already shared some solid plans on how they’re going to use the money. You might be surprised by how wholesome their answers were.
How will Love Island USA Season 7 winners Amaya and Bryan spend their $100k?

During the Love Island USA Season 7 finale, Bryan received the $100,000 envelope and chose to split the money with Amaya. In a follow-up interview with Ariana Madix, they were asked about their plans for the money. Immediately, Amaya started talking about charity.
“I actually do wanna donate to a charity,” she said. “I wanna give back to a community, that’s one of my biggest passions — [which] he asked [about] early on — is just me leaving a positive impact [on] a group of people who are in need.”
Bryan had a similar answer. Although he said he wanted to “invest” some of the money, his mind also quickly went to charity. Perhaps America made the right call in picking them as the winners.
“But I also, like I told her, mental health awareness is extremely important to me,” he told Ariana. “I went through it when I was younger, and I definitely wanna help little kids face their emotions and everything, growing up.”
With that, Season 7 of Love Island couldn’t have ended on a happier note. You’ve got two winners that actually seem compatible, and they’re trying to put their prize money to good use. What more could we ask for in a finale?
Love Island USA is streaming on Peacock.
