There’s nothing wrong with a little nip and tuck, and Amaya Espinal is keeping it real about hers. Fresh off of her Love Island USA win, she appeared on Nick Viall’s podcast, The Viall Files. During their chat, she kept it very real about the plastic surgery that she’s had. Amaya might be from New York City, but she said some parts of her body were “born in Miami.”

During the July 17 episode of The Viall Files, Nick straight-up asked Amaya if she had breast implants. The topic came up as Nick discussed Kylie Jenner’s viral TikTok comment, where she went in depth about her breast implants. They’re 445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle, if you’re curious.
With that in mind, Nick’s wife Natalie Joy told Amaya that her breasts looked “perfect.” She asked if they were “genetic or manmade.” That’s when the Love Island winner went into detail about her pricey boob job. She didn’t worry about keeping anything a secret.
“Baby, these titties are expensive. They’re 350 ccs left and right. It’s so funny because I actually have my implant card in my wallet. I take it everywhere I go,” Amaya shared.
She continued, “These were made in Miami. Born and raised in Miami. 350 ccs, and I believe I went under muscle. I did mid-profile — not too high — because I wanted to keep that natural look just for my end. They look so good.”
Everyone on the pod seemed impressed by Amaya’s work, so it sounds like it was money well spent. Natalie said she was going to take Amaya’s measurements and send them straight to her doctor.
