Next Gen NYC: Georgia McCann’s Club Club NYC Concept — Details

It’s part nightclub, part bowling alley, and part liminal space. Next Gen NYC star Georgia McCann just revealed the concept for her business venture, Club Club, and it looks out of this world.

Throughout Season 1, we watched Georgia put the plans in place for the business. She was relying on her business partner and boyfriend, Omar, to help get it off the ground. Omar, the founder of a crypto startup, planned to invest in the business in addition to securing other investors. However, we learned in the Season 1 finale that the pair broke up, and he took his investment with him.

Despite the road bump, Georgia is pressing on with her idea for Club Club, and she just gave fans a first look at what to expect if/when it comes to fruition.

Georgia McCann shared her Club Club NYC concept with followers

In a lengthy Instagram post, Georgia shared concept artwork of what she envisions for Club Club NYC. According to her, it would be a three-level establishment with vastly different experiences on each floor.

The basement level of the building would be the club. In the concept art, she shared a spooky, all-white room that feels reminiscent of The Substance. Georgia said she wanted to evoke the feeling of “being in a drained pool.” She called the aesthetic “minimalist, brutalist.”

The ground level would serve as a restaurant, and the aesthetic is completely different from the drained pool of a basement club. She said the Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport and a train station in Berlin were the inspiration for the eatery, and the food would be presented in boxes, cafeteria style.

“The dishes themselves would be playful and unique inherently in their presentation — think shrimp cocktails and ice cream sundaes,” Georgia wrote.

“Functionally, reduces the need for staff constantly on the floor and avoids the feeling of guests being over-watched,” she continued. “It also encourages a more dynamic dining experience — one that supports mingling, roaming, and a club-like atmosphere rather than traditional seated service.”

Last, but certainly not least, is the upper level, which she wants to serve as a bowling alley. It would be called Club Club Club, not to be confused with Club Club. Georgia explained that this would be a members-only area. She wants to handpick 500 New Yorkers for the list.

Georgia elaborated, “This space would not be available for private rental. Instead, it would function as a ‘Third Space’ which NYC desperately needs more of – a place for impromptu connection.”

Georgia has clearly put a lot of thought into this concept. Now, she just needs the money to make it a reality.

Next Gen NYC is streaming on Peacock and on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
