Body language expert Judi James weighed in on the duo’s outing from earlier this week, unpacking the singer’s moves. She claimed that there are “non-verbal cues” that experts often “associate with flirting on a date.” The report further mentioned that Perry gave “filrty cues” to the former Canadian Prime Minister.
