The lovebirds’ July outing in Ohio has now been connected to them reportedly visiting the state for house shopping.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s relationship may soon get a new update as they were reportedly looking at houses in Cleveland during their visit to Ohio. Cleveland Scene learned from multiple sources that the couple checked out “at least two opulent homes.” The properties are currently on sale in “Northeast Ohio’s tony eastside suburbs.”
Swift and Kelce’s house shopping trip to Ohio could have taken place in late June. The hotshot couple was spotted having lunch at JoJo’s Bar in Chagrin Falls on July 1. This is also when Swift ignited an online buzz as she wore her own merch during the outing. The singer, along with her NFL star boyfriend, was seen having a conversation with someone at the table.
At the time, a manager at JoJo’s Bar, John Ponyicky, exclusively told PEOPLE that Swift and Kelce had a “wonderful time” there. The staff member continued to share that the A-listers had a “great lunch” and “enjoyed” the food. Ponyicky also said, “Travis grew up in Cleveland Heights,” and added, “so he decided to visit somewhere he was familiar with.”
The JoJo’s Bar manager further revealed that Swift and Kelce “sat at the bar for a bit.” The couple later “also had a private lunch in a private room.” Meanwhile, the reason behind Swift and Kelce’s visit to the state has now been seemingly uncovered. The area that the couple appears to be eyeing has been described as lavish by Cleveland Scene.
