Did you know that you can go to jail for doxxing your soon-to-be ex-husband? Just ask The Real World alum Kelley Wolf. She just spent two days in jail after leaking her estranged husband’s phone number on Instagram. It’s a wild story, and a solid learning lesson for anyone feeling vengeful toward their ex.
Kelley Wolf has been charged with two misdemeanors

Kelley and her husband, actor Scott Wolf, are in the middle of a nasty divorce. According to court docs reviewed by People, things intensified on August 26. Scott called the cops, claiming his wife was harassing him.
“The complainant and victim reported receiving multiple text messages from his wife, Kelley Wolf, with whom he is going through a divorce,” the police report explained.
Scott looked at Kelley’s Instagram and saw she posted his phone number for her nearly 100,000 followers to see. Like clockwork, his phone blew up with a barrage of phone calls and texts. He said he got 24 calls in just ten minutes.
The cop explained, “He stated that the phone number is to his personal phone, which he uses to communicate with his kids, and that this is causing a major disruption for him.”
As a result, the cops went to Kelley’s house, where they asked her about the Instagram post. She refused to open the door and documented the whole thing online. However, the officer felt like he had probable cause to arrest her.
“I waited on the porch for over an hour while Kelley changed clothes, as she was in a bathrobe when I spoke to her. Eventually, she came outside onto the front porch. I arrested her for the offense,” the cop explained.
The Real World: New Orleans alum spent two days in jail. They charged her with two class B misdemeanors of electronic disclosure of personal identifying information and electronic communications harassment. As part of her release, she has to stay sober and participate in some sort of “behavioral, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.”
The Real World is streaming on Paramount+.
