Not everyone can pull off a buzzcut. But Milo Ventimiglia is wearing his new hairstyle very well indeed. The This Is Us actor was spotted filming in New York recently, and the photos show a pretty drastic transformation.

Milo may be known for his full, luscious locks, but he’s recently proven he’s more than just fabulous hair. The actor was seen filming for a new Netflix show on August 27, and his thick mane was nowhere in sight. He was also sporting a clean shaven look – bad news for fans of the facial hair.
Milo, 48, was snapped studying his script and chatting to co-star Britt Lower of Severance fame. The pair are starring in the latest Harlan Coben fix for Netflix. According to IMDb, I Will Find You centers on a father imprisoned for his son’s murder who learns there is proof his son may actually be alive.
The Gilmore Girls star has become synonymous with longer hair. But he’s clearly not fussed about going fuzz-free for a role. In a previous interview with Fashionista he said: “I’m always a slave to my characters, so whatever they need, whether it’s a beard or a mustache or long hair, or anything like that.”
When asked if he had any style regrets, he answered: “No, I wouldn’t say that I have any regrets. But I would encourage guys to be simple and classic.” We totally get it, Milo.
It’s been a mixed year for the actor. The LA home he shared with wife Jarah Mariano was destroyed in a fire at the beginning of the year. But the couple also welcomed their first child, Ke’ala Coral Ventimiglia. One thing he isn’t lacking is work – he has recently wrapped filming on an impressive four movie and TV projects.
