Things seem to be going downhill fast for Kelley Wolf. After recently breaking a court-ordered agreement with her husband, Scott Wolf, the former reality TV star now faces a new protective order. Things are not looking too rosy right now for the Real World: New Orleans alum.
Kelley Wolf isn’t allowed to contact her kids or ex Scott Wolf
Kelley has reportedly been on a downward spiral since announcing her split from husband Scott in June. Now a court has issued a protective order against her. The terms of the order are pretty harsh – she must not contact Scott or their three children.
However, it’s not hard to see why given the circumstances that led to it. Kelley faces accusations of harassing and stalking her ex, who has sole custody of their children. She was arrested on August 26 on charges of electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information.
The order, obtained by People, also states that Kelley cannot “commit, try to commit or threaten to commit any form of violence” against her ex or their kids. This includes “stalking, harassing, threatening, physically hurting, or causing any other form of abuse that could cause bodily injury.”
She cannot come within 300 feet of Scott and may only contact him through mediated sessions. The court also barred her from using drugs or alcohol until the next hearing on September 10. The order stipulates she can only collect her belongings from the family home in the presence of a police officer.
There have been concerns that the life coach and author is suffering from mental health issues. A few days after the breakup announcement, a friend called 911 and doctors hospitalized her.
