Justin Bieber has a new obsession, and it’s created plenty of fear in his wife.
The former teen idol, who’s spoken openly before about his drug addictions, has apparently developed a liking for something more dangerous: guns. The Canadian pop icon has collected his share of guns, firing them on a practice range or in the wilderness, per a source.
That has created a lot of tension in his personal life and made his wife, Hailey, very uncomfortable. “Hailey is nervous about his fascination with firearms and trying to get him to find something else to entertain himself with, but there’s not much she can do besides keep an eye on him,” the insider noted.
The couple welcomed a son into the world just over a year ago, with Jack Blues Bieber born on August 23, 2024.

While there has been no indication that Justin has menacingly used his weapons, Hailey wants him to find another hobby. That, however is not an easy task. “If she pushes too hard, he sulks and quits talking to her or posts another angry diatribe,” a source told RadarOnline. “Justin’s a good shot, the problem is he thinks in extremes and makes it the focus of his life. It’s not sitting well with people.”
He hasn’t been at the centre of controversy as much in recent years, but Justin has had some bizarre online postings lately. In June, he issued a Father’s Day post, writing: “I’m a dad that’s not to be f*cked with.”
He also publicized a text exchange with a nameless person, which read: “I will never suppress my emotions for someone. Conflict is a part of relationship. If you don’t like my anger, you don’t like me.”
The reissue of his album Swag II was released on September 5.
