When Hulk Hogan passed away, he left behind a significant amount of assets.
According to his son Nick, those assets were valued at $5 million. On Tuesday, Nick filed court documents to serve as the co-personal representative of his father’s estate, along with a man named Terry McCoy.
The wrestling icon died on July 24 after collapsing in his home while doing therapy. His health had been declining after undergoing neck surgery. Hulk was 71.
Nick is currently listed as the sole beneficiary of his father’s estate, with Hulk’s widow, Melanie Sky Daily, the surviving spouse. Hulk’s daughter, Brooke, however, is not in the will, and there’s a reason why.
Brooke Hogan asked to be removed from her father Hulk Hogan’s will

A couple of years before her dad’s death, Brooke decided she didn’t want to inherit any of the wrestler’s money.
According to US Weekly, the paperwork on Hulk’s estate reveals that he left behind $200,000 in cryptocurrency, $799,000 in personal and intellectual property, and, in addition to his right to publicity, a potential medical malpractice lawsuit worth an unknown value.
Further, Nick didn’t list Hulk’s real estate property in the paperwork. The wrestler, born Terry Gene Bollea, owned two adjacent homes in Clearwater Beach, Florida, worth an estimated $11 million.
Additionally, on September 2, Nick sued radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge to prevent the release of his father’s well-known sex tape in a documentary. The tape features Hulk and Heather Clem, the estranged wife of Bubba. The documentary was to discuss the tape, something Nick claimed infringes on the wrestler’s copyrights.
The court approved the request to appoint McCoy as the curator to handle the lawsuit against Bubba. “I don’t own any of it. They’re suing the wrong people,” Bubba said in response to the lawsuit. “You dumb*ss. Did you watch it? Do you realize your father is not portrayed in a bad light at all?”
Hulk’s widow, meanwhile, is planning to file a malpractice lawsuit against the star doctors at World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).
