There was also a lot of variety, and some risks that paid off, which is always good to see. The men also stepped it up, instead of all wearing indistinguishable plain black suits. Maybe they knew they had to step it up in the presence of male fashion icons like Alan Cumming and Colman Domingo?

Glinda, is that you? K-pop star and The White Lotus actress Lisa donned a stunning gown worthy of a princess … or a good witch. The pink ribbon design of this Lever Couture dress is so stunning, it almost looks unreal. The sparkly shoes and glamorous jewelry make the perfect accessories as well. If I had to choose one Emmys 2025 look as the best of the best, I think this would be it. I mean, when is Cate Blanchett not on a best dressed list? The two-time Oscar winner is one of Hollywood’s most stylish stars.
Cate attended the Emmys 2025 red carpet as a nominee for the miniseries Disclosure. She rocked a sleek menswear-inspired jumpsuit designed by Armani Privé for the occasion. From the deep silver-collar neckline to the white cuffs to the sexy side cut outs, the details were all superb. It’s no wonder she was cast as Katherine Hepburn in The Aviator over twenty years ago.

This one might be controversial, but I love it. Wednesday star Jenna Ortega always goes for bold looks, and the Emmys 2025 red carpet was no exception.
This time, she sported a top made of jewels with a sleek black high-slit skirt designed by Sarah Burton for Givenchy. This Emmys 2025 look had to be inspired by Isabella Rossellini’s iconic costume in the 1992 film Death Becomes Her. It’s certainly one of the most memorable outfits of the night, and that counts for something.
Tramell Tillman
Tramell Tillman made history on Emmys 2025 night, and looked incredible doing so. The Severance star is the first Black man to win the Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Emmy Award. For his historic win, Tramell was, in my opinion, definitely one of the best dressed men on the red carpet. He rocked an elegant white double-breasted suit with a bow tie custom made from Dolce & Gabbana. We’ve seen a lot of poorly tailored double-breasted jackets on red carpets, but Tramell’s fit perfectly. And the diamond brooch was the perfect touch.
Also incredible? His speech, in which he shouted out his first acting teacher, aka his mom.
Selena Gomez
If there was one major trend on the Emmys 2025 red carpet, it was ladies in red. Actresses Hunter Schafer and Cristin Milioti looked stunning wearing gowns in various shades of red. But I think the best was this Louis Vuitton gown on Selena Gomez. The Only Murders in the Building star channeled Old Hollywood glamour in a sleek dress with interesting details. She knew to let the bold color take center stage, pairing it with a simple updo and diamond earrings.
Also, she was beaming with happiness all night, especially in pictures with her fiancé Benny Blanco. You know what they say, a smile is the best accessory!
