Another day, another celeb DUI charge. This time it’s Nicholas Braun who is accused of driving drunk. The actor was arrested in New Hampshire two weeks ago.

According to documents obtained by People, the star entered a not guilty plea to the DUI charge, as well as an operating without lights violation. An arraignment was scheduled for today but canceled for unknown reasons.

Nicholas has been slapped with a strict warning to avoid all “use of alcohol, and use of any narcotic drug or controlled substance”. The rules were given as part of his bail conditions. His trial is expected to take place in January.

Having a total ban on alcohol may be especially tricky for someone who owns a bar. Nicholas is an investor in a number of drinking venues, including Ray’s and Pebble Bar in NYC.

The actor is best known for his role as Greg in hit HBO show succession. He previously opened up about how much the role meant to him and his sadness at seeing it come to an end.

Speaking to The Wrap, he said: “I was sad as hell my last day. I finished a couple of weeks ago, and it was a really tough day, you know, saying goodbye to everybody. It’s been the greatest working experience in my life. So, saying goodbye to those people is really tough.”
