Yesterday, Taylor Swift left fans surprised by sneaking into Travis Kelce’s recent NFL game against the Philadelphia Eagles. A fanpage had posted a video of a few people dragging a movable carrier with the “Bad Blood” at the Arrowhead Stadium. Swift was seemingly hiding behind it to dodge the paparazzi. The caption read, “Taylor Swift entered tonight’s Chiefs game behind something covering her.” Moreover, the singer’s mother, Andrea, and her brother, Austin, were present at the stadium to support Kelce.

After endless speculation, E! News confirmed the Grammy Award-winning singer’s presence in the match. Netizens were confused by Swift’s move to secretly attend her boyfriend’s game, which she hadn’t done before. However, as per Rob Shuter’s #ShuterScoop, this is all part of the musician’s big plan for her musical comeback with The Life of a Showgirl. An industry source told the portal that the 35-year-old is “keeping a low profile now so the impact will be massive when the album drops.”

They further added, “She’s about to launch the biggest push an album has had since Thriller.” Additionally, Swift’s 12th studio record is reportedly positioned as a cultural takeover. Another insider stated, “We’re talking wall-to-wall coverage — TV, streaming, social, stadiums.” “Once October hits, Taylor will be everywhere. This is the calm before the storm,” they continued.

Talking more about The Life of a Showgirl, it is scheduled to release on October 3 via Republic Records. Swift announced the album on the August 13 episode of Travis and Jason’s Kelce’s podcast, New Heights. She planned it during the European leg of her Eras Tour and has written and produced it with the duo of Max Martin and Shellback. It will contain 12 songs with Sabrina Carpenter featuring on the title track.
