Travis Kelce is giving fans a small teaser of what his wedding to Taylor Swift will entail.
The celebrity couple were engaged last month, but due to their demanding schedules, wedding planning hasn’t been front and center. The Kansas City Chiefs are heading into Week 3 of the NFL season. Meanwhile, Taylor’s new album, The Life of a Showgirl, comes out in early October.
Preparations for their big day may not be as difficult as one might think. “Wedding planning will be easy compared to trying to figure out how to f*cking catch a God damn football,” Travis joked.
It’s been a difficult start to the season for Travis and the Chiefs, who are 0-2. The tight end took a lot of heat for a missed catch last Sunday near the goal line in their loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.

As you might anticipate, there is likely to be plenty of musical performances on the day that Travis and Taylor say I do. On the latest episode of his podcast New Heights, the Chiefs star said there would almost certainly be plenty of singers and instruments for the big day.
“I think we’re live music kind of people,” said Travis. The subject of Travis’ wedding was started by Jimmy Fallon, who guest-hosted with Travis on his latest podcast. The Tonight Show host asked him if his wedding is now priority #1. “That’s the next step,” answered Travis. “That’s the next step in it all.” After the opening of his restaurant, 1587 Prime, this week, the Pro Bowler has more time off the field to focus on his wedding.
Planning the upcoming wedding may be important, but turning their season around may come before setting an official date.
